Very bad experience with this vendor.
They've sent a product that didn't look the same as on their website and refused to send the refund. They only offered 20euro for a 120order , and this after 15emails exchanged with their customer support. This definitely deserves a check from the Customer Service Protection.
This is a scam, I ordered a wig which looks nothing like the picture and they told me to take it to the hairdressers? They are refusing to refund me the cost, just trying to get me to get another wig or refund me 20€ from a 65€ wig!! They are also threatening saying that I can get a refund but I will have to pay delivery and that will be around 50€ which is ridiculous as the delivery costs to send it to me was 7€.
I left a review on their website but they monitor them and they don't accept any bad reviews, that is why the reviews on the website are all good.
Stay away from this people!!!!!
Absolutely horrible. It's a scam. Here's my case: I was unsatisfied with the quality of the item, provided pictures and explained the reasons and asked for the refund, willing to send the item back. It was specified on the website that the refunds were possible. Then I had to write over 10 emails asking for the refund and Catherine, the lady who was dealing with my case, every single time was trying to sell me another item refusing to provide the return address. I have never experienced anything like this before. This website is definitely just a scam.
