iPhone Surgery Limited Reviews 

My iPad Air battery suddenly started to lose charge at an alarming rate. I went on the Apple support site and they wanted to charge me approximately £280 plus VAT to replace the battery as I am out of warranty. So I Googled alternatives and iPhone Surgery was one of the options. I looked at all options and chose them. I selected courier pick-up and return with an express repair. There was a slight issue (my fault) that a crack in the screen had appeared and I hadn't seen it - possibly adding to the battery drain. So a series of email conversations ended with my happily agreeing to pay for the cost of the new screen and then communications suddenly stopped and I didn't know what to assume. I emailed iPhone Surgery after the weekend and they were prompt in responding, apologised and despatched the repaired iPad immediately. Having had it back for 4 hours, I am delighted with the repair, it's immaculate and working perfectly. Apple could learn a lot from iPhone Surgery.

A simple booking and payment procedure, led to a rapid and professional service. I would certainly recommend them to others. Both friends and strangers!

Straightforward process and speedy repair, what more can you ask?

The price, speeed and quality of service were all excellent and I have already recommended iPhone Surgery to a friend.

I found two aspects of the web interaction confusing which led me to call for clarification; not something I wanted or iPhone Surgery would want.

1) I needed a screen replacement for my ipad but 'replacement' is not an option, only 'repair'. This made me wonder (wrongly) that I may get my ipad back with a dodgy attempt at repairing a shattered screen. I suggest iPhone Surgery put 'replacement' as an option or changing 'repair' given I suspect most screen damage means it needs replacing.

2) I opted for the postal option but it doesn't tell you where to send it until you have paid and received an email with instructions. I spent quite a while looking for the postal address before receiving the email. I suggest iPhone Surgery simply state that the postal address will be in the email!

Overall a great service that I would use again.

Having dropped my phone in water I was not hopeful that it would work again. Put it in rice, hot water cupboard etc but the home button did not work. Googled these guys ( as phone shops in town were most unhelpful!) and decided they sounded kosher. Really impressed with prompt service and the fact that my phone works again. Awesome. Saved me £100's as I still have one year on my contract? Thanks very much iPhone surgery limited. Highly recommend.

They couldn't fix my phone but they tried, feels like a waste of 20 quid but there you go

I found iPhone Surgery through a Google search and the website convinced me they were worth trying. I'm glad I did as their service was exceptional. Communication, speed of turnaround and delivery are excellent. Not to mention the repair itself that was great, and a decent price. I hope their business continues to grow, they deserve it.

These guys are amazing! Took my iphone in for a screen repair and back the same day perfectly fixed! All my data, photos etc untouched. Brilliant service, couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Great service, I particularly like the email saying they had received my iPad and were about to start work on it. The only suggestion I would make, is to have had the device fully charged when I received it back (it was at 3%).

Posted off for a screen repair to iphone 4 with courier return. It took 7 days from the morning I sent it off before the phone returned. At £40 it's way cheaper then getting a replacement phone or 2nd hand one. Definitely the best option.

after a very poor experience with another company I was very pleased that my iPad was repaired as requested and very promptly. I paid extra for quick service and got it exactly as promised.

I was a little weary of sending my phone away, but the screen was fixed quickly. A good service, good value! Thanks.

Communication top rated and excellent repair

I used the Holborn branch walk-in service today and had my broken screen fixed within an hour which was great, but realised too late I should have checked the price stucture on the website more carefully. I was getting an iPhone 5s mended and failed to notice that an iPhone 5s screen repair was £59.99 as opposed to £39.99 for a standard iPhone 5 (can't be many of those around...) and that on top of that there was an express charge of £14.99 despite the fact that I had taken the phone in myself. So the £74.99 I paid (with 1p round up) was a lot more than my quick look on their website had led me to expect. Partly my fault for not checking carefully enough, but be warned...

Excellent speedy service, good quality of repair, would use again.

I could not possibly provide a positive review considering that my repair could not be completed and I am still charged in full for the service, including next day delivery which seems a little pointless given that it took 5 days to receive the notice that the phone cannot be repaired.

Extremely disappointed that unlike other sites offering the same service there is no remuneration for a failed attempt to fix the phone. Understandably postage and some labour would be expected but the same price is not ideal.

3 stars not less because the service was not poor itself but I would not use this company if you are looking to repair water damage.
