i have an issue for their card terminal nearly more than a month every time i call them they told me they pass the issue to the management but still nobody answer it back i request so many time to call manager of this company he also did not answer the call so any one looking a new card terminal please do not take from this provider i pay a deposit £250 for this card terminal they told me when i return i can get refund it back but when i ask them to return the terminal they told me i have to pay £25 a month rest of the contract they did not tell all this crap before now i order new card terminal from Elavon its great so please anyone looking for a new card terminal and you want save the money go somewhere else not from iposg thanks to iposg wasting my money and time

I am with IposG from last 4years. Service has been really good and team members are well experienced to do their jobs. Recently bought one more till from them for my business in Bracknell.

I will not recommend this company to any business owner. They are not a professional team. Every time I called your customer service, each of the members would have different answers. the cases will automatically be closed without details or any update.

System is user friendly. Very good customer service. Overall good experience.
