I go to pick up my mail and you charge me money . That’s horrible, was never disclosed!! I can’t scan my letters to read them from the app!!

Thank you for your review. Since it takes time and labor to process a pickup, most locations charge a nominal fee. All fees for optional services are listed on the Pricing page of our website, where you can find specific details for each address. While some locations do not charge for letter pickups, the standard fee covers any number of letters.

Our service standards require tasks to be completed within 24 hours, or by the end of the day if submitted before 1:00 PM. Our records show that your mail center has been meeting these standards.

Once your mail center uploads an image to your digital mailbox, they wait for you to request a specific action, such as discarding, scanning, or picking up the item. You can track the status of your requests within your account, and you will receive an email notification once a task is completed.

IPostal1 has been super easy to work…

IPostal1 has been super easy to work with and has been the exact product that I needed. I had some issue with my initial purchase, but it was solved very quickly and easily.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They don’t answer their phone or respond through chat support. They also charge you upfront before you can even complete the application process, and you’re required to enter your credit card information just to get started.

I was unable to finish setting up my account because they do not allow PO Box addresses — only residential addresses. All of my bills and important mail are sent to my PO Box. While my driver’s license shows my home address, they also require a second form of ID with the same residential address, which I do not have.

Despite never completing the application or using their services, they still charged me and refused to issue a refund. Be careful before giving them your payment information.

Unfortunately, we are unable to identify your account from this review.

Regarding the issues described, the USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you file the Form 1583. Many customers use our addresses this way.

Sorry you did not have a better experience with our Customer Service team. Generally, our chat service works well and is a fast, convenient way to answer questions. Our team can be reached Monday-Friday 9am-8pm ET.

Cami T. made my day!

My ipostal1 experience overall wasn't so great, but my experience with Cami T. was AMAZING! When your billing system wouldn't take my card, after an hour of treasure hunting, Cami T. scheduled a time to call me the next day. When she wasn't able to connect (happens with my phone sometimes), she emailed me--and got the problem solved. ipostal was one Cami T. away from a lacklustre review. So appreciate her patience, kindness, understanding, and tenacity to solve the problem.

Adding people to account

Adding my husband to my account was like running the gauntlet until I encountered Haley and Lisa. The two of them went above and beyond to help me where others just kept directing me to the same thing that had not helped or simply said to call someone else (local store). I think both Haley and Lisa deserve a raise and an ice cream party (AND) not or.

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience!! Stay away!! Zero customer support! Wait for a representative is over 30 mins for online or call! Zero responsiveness and accountability! They tell you to contact the local place if there is any issue and then no one will respond!
Pay extra but get a better company and service!

Generally, our chat service works well and is a fast, convenient way to answer questions. Our records show you received a live agent multiple times, but the chat ended due to inactivity.
