Let me first say we as a company take very seriously our responsibilities as a retailer and will always strive to uphold the highest standards of customer service. I mean no discourtesy but if as you are claiming, your order (motorcycle) arrived in poor quality, with screws coming out of place and charger broken, then your first call of action should have been to call and/or email us to demand an immediate refund or replacement; its been 10 days since you received your item and you have done neither. The first we are knowing about this issue is with this post. I as the manager shall now proceed to email you about the issue.

We are sorry to learn bits were broken; you should have contacted us and we would have been more than happy to resolve the issue. However, the stopping system on the bike is a simple [removal of feet from pedal]; this is intentional because of the age range of the kids the bike was created for - as deemed by manufacturer, anything else would have been slightly complicated. Again, we apologise for the broken bits.

The motor bike I ordered for my son
The motor bike I ordered for my son, come day after estimated delivery date. Wasn't too bothered as it was a birthday present a few days later. The night before my sons 3rd birthday I opened the box to set it up, only to find the back pipe snapped off and was in the bottom of the box. It also had loose wires hanging down by the front wheel, and a small whole near the handle bars. Really disappointed as iv had to give it my son like that or he wouldn't of had his gift for birthday! Not worth almost £200!!

We are really sorry to hear this. There are times when items suffer damage when in the possession of couriers and in transit to customers, and it's possible that this is what happened in this instant case. When you opened the box and noticed a pipe snapped off and wires hanging loose, what you should have done is simply call us or email us, and we would have replaced the item immediately.

3 wheel quad 12 v motorbike.
From ordering to delivery everything was 1st class. Then quality of the 3 wheel quad motorbike was excellent and very sturdy. The service from QNP was very professional and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much for making my grandsons birthday present the best yet.

I would definitely purchase from QNP again because the customer service was Amazing . I was let down by another supplier and Richard put himself out to get me a replacement as soon as possible because of a present I promised my grandson.

Unprofessional and cheeky
I initially put 5* review for this company but now changing to 1*. Contacted them Boxing Day with quad bike issues which we were trying to solve over a matter of weeks. To cut a long story short Rich was cheeky with his messages using exclamation marks and making out i had lied to them, he whatsapped me screenshots of a conversation he had with another customer telling me for a fact it was the conversation with my husband (which it wasnt) and that we were trying to abuse their returns policy. I had to laugh because it proved other folk had same issue we did! He then deleted the messages he sent me but funnily enough i had screenshot them before he did :) i am NOT returning this broken quad because i know they will probably keep it and NOT refund us. Never buying from this company again. Ruined my 4 year olds Christmas.

That said, in order to prevent a returns abuse, we apply a strict process of inspection of the item before a decision is made as to whether or not to replace or refund. And at all times, we have always clearly informed you that if your purchase was indeed faulty, our couriers would pick it up for inspection at our warehouse, whereafter we would either fix it, replace it or refund your payment. You were informed of this both verbally and on the company's whatsapp messaging system (that we have a copy of). Again, we would like to take this opportunity to assure you that if the item is still faulty, the offer to repair, replace or refund still stands.
The car arrived on time
The car arrived on time. I was a little surprised that the wheels for the car arrived first in a separate box and the actual-car arrived same day different delivery but the product went together relatively easy and very pleased with the product. My grandson was over the moon. The remote control is a brilliant addition makes taking control very easy and a great point of safe enjoyment for a young child my grandson is only 2 years old and cannot steer yet or reach the foot peddle but with the remote control we were able to take hime out for a ride in the car and have complete control would recommend the product to anyone
