My last experience with the IPSC Store…

My last experience with the IPSC Store was not very good. I received a very poor quality TDS belt and inner belt that should not have been dispatched to me. I sent this back asking for a replacement. They were out of stock so I selected a Ghost belt instead. They then sent me the wrong size belt. Again I went back to them and they said they were out of stock with my size. Each time I had to email back and forth because they wouldn't reply to my emails properly. Finally they apologized and said they would send out a Double Alpha belt. This was all good until I received a Red belt when I ordered Black. So I still don't have what I ordered, instead I have 2 belts that are useless to me. First order placed early April, now in September and still don't have what I ordered. I have ordered a lot of other products in the past without problems but this last experience was not good. Will order elsewhere in the future.

Terrible - never receibes what I paid for

Terrible. Ordered a range of parts. Never arrived. Followed them up multiple times - nothing happened so have to dispute their charges via credit card company. Use Cesar shop instead - much better service and they actually send what you paid for!! DONT USE IPSC STORE
