It's a nice company, I love all their designs, their support team is very good and helpful, they stand behind their products.

Graphina Pro!! This plugin sucks!!!! I bought the pro version and every time that the plugin is updated, my website crashes. This is a sign that there is not control and change management and there is not a little piece of customer care. I don´t recommend it. Is really a big problem that you will adquire.

I use Graphina Pro for generating dynamic charts from SQL queries. The support is incredible. Whenever I run into a problem I get a fast, competent reply to inquieries and a solution for my problem.

At first, I was hesitant to purchase the app. For a very reasonable price, you will gain a very professional app and a well-documented one as well. The app, as we test and deploy it, is barely worth more than the price it asks. It's actually a priceless piece of art.

This company held us randsom for a obvious error and simple fix on their side and wanted us to pay more than what the license was!!!! Never have we ever had such a bad service response!!! I 100% urge anyone interested in this type of SW to look elsewhere... inferior product and zero for backup service

We bought kivicare extended licence, after 34 thickets in 3 months and countless messages, we still have major bugs regarding appointments that has made things much more complicated for us, terrible company. Not to mention the custom development prices that dosen't make any sense.

Friendly, knowledgeable people, communication is via Skype. Aman is your project manager who will take care of the flow.

Keep in mind, don't be in a hurry...as they have a lot of requests. The app flow, is not perfect and customization is very expensive.

For several years I could not find a company that offered the services I expected.
Of course, both web services and apps are possible if you ask for scratch development, but I did not expect to be able to purchase a white label for an already existing service.
I searched many sites and IQONIC DESIGN was very highly rated on all of them.
After hiring them to develop the system, I could understand why they were so highly rated.
I am the representative of the project, but I am not a developer, so unfortunately I am not familiar with system development.
However, they quickly arranged for a development team to assist me with all the development.
For someone in my position, a diagram or Gantt chart to see how development is progressing, scheduling, and current status would be an even better backup system.
Without that we are still very much helped by them.

Absolutely appalling service. I paid for the vision template well over 11 months ago.

From the very get go, I had problems. Very poor code hygiene with bugs on nearly every page. I contacted “support” (what a laugh) - within 2 hours of installing the template. they replied quickly saying that I have to talk to them via what’sapp. “Rediculous”…. This guy called Singh came on and asked me for my Wordpress login details “he can jog right on”. I asked for some simple code fixes and he never replied. I followers him up a week later asking where o am with my support ticket…he ignore it. So I troopered on and tried to fix a lot of the code myself.

One of the biggest reasons why I bought the template is because it came with a full license to slider revolution. So when I contacted him asking for the license, he replied with “I will contact the developers and get back to you in a week”. I literally can’t tell you how terrible this is. Apart from the fact that he kept calling me “bro” on over message was one thing but pieing me off all the time was some else. I put in a refund request with envato…. Heard nothing, 11months later I contact envato market again and raised a dispute and wooooaaahhhh, all of a sudden he now wants to talk to me. well you can do one. I have been asking for the license for the last week, I even said “Singh, if you give me the license for rev slider, I will cancel the request”.. he then replied with “bro I will get back to you Monday”.

Honestly I cannot tell you how terrible this company is. buy at your own peril

I purchased a template with CodeCanyon and they promised to make modification for an extra amount. I paid the amount after signing the contract and THEY NEVER DELIEVERED. They were horrible at communication and did not want to refund the money so I had to work with the bank for 5 months to dispute the transaction. Definitely Horrible company/staff.
