Purchased the compact stroller and they send an empty package to a random address and provide the tracking details. Then there's nothing you can do because UPS won't help you because they provided the wrong address. This is a scam. File the dispute with your credit card company if you can, it's the only way to get your money back. They will never send you any thing and never respond to you.

Ordered the compact stroller and never received it. Contacted the seller and didn’t get any reply either, fake tracking details, contacted DHL & said the package was delivered , but it wasnt even for me...clothes from Pakistan apparently! So its all fake!
Ordered a pushchair on 6th August.
Upon tracking progress the order had been delivered elsewhere.
I contacted the email address provided on the website. The person "Sam" who emailed back seemed to be very helpful.
Until days before I was due to go abroad (the reason I ordered the pushchair) he stopped replying.
I still have not received the pushchair nor any further emails. The contact on the site does not work either!

Scam... The same experience as the rest of the reviews on this page. They falsified the reviews by putting a 5-star image of trustpilot, that unfortunately I didn't even bother to check.. And now neither the money nor the compact stroller...

This is a scam. Do not send them any money. Shows delivered via UPS miles away from where I live. Phone number doesn’t connect and you can’t get hold of anyone. Avoid this website.
I ordered a compact stroller, tracking info etc received and it was ‘delivered’ nowhere near where I live. No response from any email from the company. Total SCAM. Blinky stroller, do not buy!!
I ordered a compact stroller. I received a tracking number not too long after, and when I checked a few days later I saw that it was delivered to a completely different city. Contacting customer support, I was told a new one would be dispatched ASAP. This was a week ago and all attempts to contact them since have been met with radio silence. To top it off, the website is no longer working either. Total scam!
