Huge Dissapointment !
The subscription terms were not clearly disclosed. I only agreed to pay £1 (around RM3) for the IQ test, but a few days later I was unexpectedly charged £29.95 (around RM118) for a subscription I was not aware of. I cancelled the subscription immediately, emailed support, and submitted a complaint through the website, yet it has been over 24 hours with no response despite their claim that issues are handled within that timeframe. Very disappointing experience.
