VIZZ Eye Drops
This is the company that developed the Vizz eye drops — LENZ Therapeutics.
This is a very real and honest review:
Pros: it works well for me about 6-7 hours. Not near anywhere the up to 10 they boast. Can hold devices books about 14-18 ” away and it’s clear. Any closer gets blurry.
Cons: expect the first few days of use to be very uncomfortable at the front end. And still some symptoms below will continue thereafter. I’ve done about 8 -10 treatments over a 2-3 week period.
I get a runny nose, discharge phlegm to spit out like a cold. Lasts up to two hours after drops.
Will feel like you are wearing sunglasses indoors. Your pupil becomes a pin dot. Creepy.
Within 30 minutes neck to head stiffness. Like one getting a start of a headache and/or having ultra shoulder stiffness. This lasts for an hour plus, sometimes longer.
In summary, it’s not worth the headache, pun intended. They are in my fridge so will use when I really prefer no glasses at work or a busy day with close up reading needs. Otherwise I’ll stick to my glasses on and off as needed plus avoid any possible future eye problems with the drops. FDA clearance is great, but doesn’t mean no long term problems won’t occur. I don’t fully trust this approach to begin with. Hoping for medical science to advance enough to make a permanent resolution verses this crutch.
