I applied Iranian visa as part of the tour package provided by Iraniantours.com. Things went smoothly in the beginning. I supposed to receive visa grant notice a week before tour start. However, they suddenly stoped responding. Their email bounced and their website was down. I was in panic. I thought the company went bankrupt and disappeared. I just paid for the tour 2 days prior. I contacted the company through whatsapp multiple times and they finally responded after 12 hours. It turned out that they had technical issue with their website and email. Issue was resolved and I was able to receive my visa document in time.
