Emails twice to them

Emails twice to them. I never got the package.
1. I sent them an email and they were like "okay" sorry. After a month the package didn't arrive. They were like "sorry" they're going to send it one more time. I was like "ok".
2. One month later they again said that it was supposed to arrive already but it didn't arrive. And now I'm sending them emails and they said that if it didn't arrive for the second time they would pay me back. But now I send them an email and they're not responding.
