Our records do not show we have supplied you the Lipotrim programme. Are you sure you used Lipotrim? Lipotrim has not been ne-named nor reformulated so any diet with a different name is nothing to do with Lipotrim.
Owing to Brexit issues Lipotrim temporarily suspended all deliveries to the Republic of Ireland at the end of summer 2021.
Both of these facts and your adding a review in 2022 suggests you didn't use Lipotrim.

Appalling client liaison and destructive lack of service or accountability
If I had to tell you about the lousy treatment I received from certain staff at Lipotrim I’d be in tears again. Today after 2 weeks of waiting for an order and a long weekend of no supplies left at all we are told that Brexit is the reason that supplies are suspended in Ireland. This is unacceptably late notice as there is no way they did not know this was coming, since they appear to have a monopoly on supply here, and they had more than enough time to prepare clients to make alternative arrangements but simply did not bother. This is a matter of them sabotaging people’s health and weight loss and is detrimental both physically and mentally. I am absolutely livid.

Our team has also refunded each and every parcel showing a non-delivery on the tracking, in most cases before the customer was aware, and an email sent to explain our necessary action.

New bars
OK, I love the bars, I've been on this diet and off if since 2013/14, loved the bars when coming off the TFR, but these new bars are well kinda loosening the stools....I hope it was something else...
As I said I love the bars but compared to the original bars ,the new ones are more sticky to the pearlys.
This diet works 100% strong mind needed......

Our parcels are generally sent via Royal mail arriving in around 3 to 5 working days.
i found it very easy to deal with…
