After waiting a very long time for the kids watch tracker to be delivered it doesn’t seem to work. I contacted customer service. They have requested me to send over a video of the watches. I did but never heard back from them. The watches are really poor, it doesn’t work. Please don’t buy it. The customer service is as bad as the product they sell.
Absolute Scam merchants
Absolute Scam merchants. I ordered a Portable SSD Hard drive to back up my laptop. When it arrived, it came from China. I understood I was ordering from an Irish website. I found it to be only compatible with Win7, Win10, not Win11 as I have. No mention on the advert advised compatibility with any system. I duly informed them that the item came from China and understood that they were an Irish Company. They gave a load of garbage that they usually send from Ireland, but due to low stock levels they resort to China. In order to get refund, advised to send screenshots of the item! which I did, another request to send the copy of the advert! which I did. Then requested to send video of the item working on my computer. I refused as I was not going damage my expensive laptop with an dud item and would take the matter further. Down 65 Euros. The fact their advert tries to scam further money from you by asking you to purchase more, is more galling!! No response since. DO NOT deal with this company.
Still no received refund
Still no received refund, they are not good guys to deal with, there in no contact, only email and sent several emails but generic response, please please don’t deal else your own risk
Not a Irish website.
I thought this company was in Ireland based on the name. It's in China. My order took about 2 weeks to arrive which was slow but not too bad. The delivery estimate was 3-7 days which also made me believe it was an Irish website.
I ordered a 2Tb SSD. What I got looks like a 2Tb SSD. It's properties say it's a 2Tb SSD. But the one I received certainly doesn't work like any SSD I've used. The transfer rates are about 10 Mb/s average where they should be 500 or more. It cost €64. The same one or one that looks exactly like it is available on Amazon for €35. I should have known better when I saw the price. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. But the name of the website made it look like an Irish company as I'm sure it's meant to.
I written to them but I don't expect much given the reviews I've seen.
Maybe it just needs some setting adjustments and if they help sort it out I will amend this.
Sent the wrong item refused to send…
Sent the wrong item refused to send sticker for free return insisted it was what I paid for as if I am a fool .eventually I got fed up with them and took a 60% refund for a unit worth 25% of what I paid. WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH these rip off merchants again and advise anybody to do the same. SHAME ON THEM.
SCAM!!
SCAM!!! Ordered a external SSD Drive, All i got was empty metal case with no SSD Drive inside only a what appeared to a power source. should have read the reviews earlier, apparently they don't refund. AVOID!!!!
An Absolute Scam Website
An Absolute Scam Website, Avoid at All Costs.
Ordered a tracker watch from this website that was extremely poor quality and not at all fit for intended purpose. When I tried to return it for a refund, I was completely stonewalled by the ineffectual email support (even though they promise a 30 day full money back guarantee if you are not happy with the item). Also the prepaid returns label was not included in the package as promised. Had to open up a case with my card company to pursue legitimate recourse. Wish I had read all of these negative reviews before engaging with this company, AVOID!
SCAM: Thought I was ordering from an Irish company
Thought I was ordering from an Irish company. Turns out my delivery is coming from China and has been stuck in Kazakhstan for over a week. I requested a refund and got a standard 'Your delivery is delayed, we appreciate your patience and will deliver ASAP' email.. Not good enough.
PS. Update. Still no delivery, my watch has now moved to the Netherlands and they still refuse to refund.

Don't buy anything of this website. I got scammed. I ordered a robot hoover and I got some cheap item that it wasnt what I ordered from this website. The website shows products that are diffrent from what you get.

Irelanddepot from China
Irelanddepot from China, bought a watch from IRELAND depot that was supposed to take a sim card so I can contact my child on it yet it won't accept an Irish Sim card. None of the features of the watch will work when not connected to a network so it is a complete waste of money, they have offered me a replacement as the product didn't work but won't give a refund. The product was completely unfit for purpose. Be warned, do not purchase.
Very happy with my order
I bought binoculars from the website and recently received it without any delays. Initially I had worries that it might not be a reliable store because I didn't realized that the shipment is from China and it is not an Irish based store. I sent a letter asking to confirm the dispatch and shipment dates, the reply was reassuring that I will receive my order as expected and also received the tracking link. My order arrived without any delays and I'm very happy with the quality. My experience was absolutely positive and will ordering again.
IrelandDepot is scam
I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered the P90 Pro Max earphones and received a poor-quality product that was nothing like advertised.
They refused to issue a refund despite multiple requests.
The company is imitating a legitimate brand, misleading consumers.
Even worse, they are retaining my personal data unlawfully, without any clear privacy policy or consent which raises serious legal and ethical concerns.
I have reported them to relevant consumer protection and data privacy authorities. If you've been scammed too, I recommend you do the same. This is not a trustworthy business
Irelandepot is actually in china
Irelandepot is actually in china. Goods are sent from china. Their estimated delivery dates are pure fiction. My estimated delivery date has long gone but my order has not even been shipped yet. Avoid this site
