FAKE ADVERTISING!!

I saw an ad on Instagram of this cool new high tech Bike GPS, but all I got was a cheap peace of cr*p.
Don't buy these products if you want to invest in nice stuff.

Ordered a GPS bike computer

Ordered a GPS bike computer, received a one dollar magnetic wheel rev counter, PayPal were impossible to reason with, actually have more success reasoning with my 2yo in the lolly aisle at Coles. Stay away from Iridesce, and avoid PayPal wherever possible.

SOUND HERO BLUE-TOOTH SPEAKERS

I ordered two SOUND HERO BLUE-TOOTH SPEAKERS, reported to PayPal non-delivery of product ordered. A few weeks later I received two ,below, Dollar Store quality blue-tooth speakers. I have been in contact with PAYPAL, the credit card company that issued my PAYPAL card. I have now re-opened a FRAUD case against this company. Seems all they have to do is prove they shipped it, with a tracking number, and PAYPAL recharges your account for the original amount. Avoid the head-ache, stay away from this company for any of it's so-called products.

I was also scammed

I was also scammed. Purchased a bike computer from a Facebook ad. It took almost 2 months for delivery. The actual computer sent was incorrect, and a very cheap bike computer.

FB should ban this company from ads as well.

SCAM-Do not buy!

SCAM-Do not buy!
PayPal allow payments to this illegally run company. They lure you in with a flashy advert and send you something completely different to what you ordered. PayPal then will not give you your money back. They also do not cover duties and taxes meaning to get the money back from PayPal you have to pay again to send it back costing you more in total than what you'd get back. This website does not give you money back either!

Ripped off, same as all the others here

Ordered the iridesce (Halo2) bike computer. One month after ordering had heard nothing more than the original order confirmation so emailed asking about delivery. Received a canned auto-reply 'sorry, any time now, it's coming from China' email. Another month of no communication and a package shows up - with the cheapo BN-518 bike computer; not even remotely close to the iridesce/Halo2 ordered. Sent an email advising them of the wrong item, and again got the exact same auto-reply email talking about 'sorry, you'll get it soon'!

To all the others here with the same issue, i'd recommend pursuing your reimbursement not with PayPal, but with your credit card company (AmEx in my case). Although I had pictures of the item received and all emails sent and received to provide as evidence, my 100% refund was approved with no other substantiating info beyond my relaying the tale of woe to them. Ymmv, but almost certainly an easier and more likely successful path than PayPal.

If I could have given a zero

If I could have given a zero, I would have this company are a rip off and Facebook and Paypal allow them to fleece people for missold shoddy goods.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM... Unless of course you want cheap tacky goods instead of the glossy goods advertised and then NO correspondence thereafter...
I genuinely cannot think of anything nice to say about this company...use at your own peril.

Bad bad bad

Bad bad bad, do not deal with these people or the company hiding behind the products.
My item never arrived, after short tempered emails from me I received a piece of junk which I didn't order.
So I am 40 US down, PayPal are working on it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! FAKES!!!
Bought a cycle computer in good faith, only to receive what can only be described as a cheap knock off which is nothing like advertised. Cannot get contact with them through various email addresses.
Now I look on Trustpilot & see many more people have fallen for the same thing. Wish I had researched before buying now.
