The company exists because of a bad purchase. In 2022 our founder, Jay Barwick, bought an infrared sauna from a marketplace seller. Two heating panels failed, the seller stopped replying, and he lost around $600 with no recourse. He bought again later from a proper authorized dealer and had a completely different experience. Iridescent Home was built to be that second kind of seller. Being an authorized dealer is the practical difference. It means the manufacturer's 5-year warranty is actually valid on the unit you receive. Grey-market and marketplace units frequently arrive with no honored warranty at all, which is exactly how people end up with an expensive cabinet they can't get repaired.
