This Spa deserved the credit!!
Would just like to put Iridum Spa out there and give them credit where it is due.
My fiancée began struggling with pain and pressure in the lower back area shortly after having an epidural for C-section. I went online their website and used their online booking system to book her in for a massage. Wow what an easy step that was, leaving £1 deposit to secure the booking is a brilliant feature as everywhere i looked full payment was needed at time of booking.
The moment my fiancée stepped into the spa she was treated very well and her treatment with Michelle was spectacular. A conversation between my partner and Michelle occurred where the reason for the visit was established and the treatment provided was person centered to deal with the back pain and pressure build up. I was very impressed with how she had left the spa feeling relaxed and the pressure relieved, so i booked her next visit again online.
Brilliant feature online whilst booking includes being able to select which beautician you would like treatment from making that experience even better leaving the customer in complete control.
Now i always book my fiancée in to visit once a month with Michelle as my little treat, price is incredible in my opinion for the treatment received. Thank-you so much Michelle.
