Long overdue review here - but as a daily user of Irie Sea Moss, I am eager to share the incredible benefits both I and my DOG enjoy!

I suffer from mild psoriasis and like us all, like to take care of my mental health during weather changes etc, and if I am honest I don’t know how to function without Sea Moss. As soon as I (rarely) stop using it, psoriasis appears! However, when I add it to my herbal morning tea / smoothies / consume it straight from the spoon - the psoriasis magically disappears! For me, it’s a non-negotiable element of my daily routine, and I even bring it abroad with me when I travel.

This year my dog developed health problems, and I began adding Irie Sea Moss gel brewed in warm water and cooled, to my dogs’ water bowl. Unsurprisingly, but actually incredibly, my vet has remarked that my 12 year old chihuahua who is in heart failure with a Stage 3 heart murmur, and on many medications to treat this, has excellent blood work results.

In particular, her potassium & hydration results, during numerous rounds of tests; were perfect! I attribute these results to the addition of the Sea Moss to her water. She has more energy and vitality and her coat is shinier.

My other dog has also benefited despite the fact he is a healthy older dog. The whites of his eyeballs are whiter and he has more energy and a shinier coat! It’s been a game changer for both my animals and I urge other pet owners to see the results for themselves.

Improves energy, cleans body it’s fantastic

I have suffered many injuries and niggles over the years as a keen triathlete. Since retiring from the sport and focusing on a more sedentary career, my legs and knees became quite painful and restless. Since introducing the sea moss gel and blending into my smoothies every morning over the last month, I have seen a great improvement in my joints, less inflammation and less pain.

I bought the raw seamoss this time to try and make it my self and I was able to make it to my desired consistency!
I've definitely seen a change in my breathing it's a lot more clear and open. my digestive system has improved so much as I'm not bloated any more

I tasted the passion fruit, mango, ginger and tumeric and the soursop fruit seamoss I loved all of them definitely will purchase

1st favourite was definitely mango then soursop then the tumeric and ginger one it was a bit fiery but I liked it, last was passion fruit
