Die Qualität des Schmuckes ist leider schlecht- hält das Versprechen der Firma nicht

Die Qualität des Schmuckes ist leider sehr schlecht. Ich habe einen Ring gekauft, der nach wenigen Malen tragen kaputt ging. Dieser wurde mir dann durch einen anderen Ring ersetzt- der eigentliche Ring sei nicht mehr erhältlich. Der neue Ring verlor ebenfalls nach wenigem Tragen die Steine. Auf Nachfrage ob die Steine ersetzt werden können, erklärte man mir, dass ich kein neuer Ring erhalte, da dieser Ring ein Ersatzprodukt sei. Ich trage den Schmuck nur im Büro und zum Baden. Eigentlich wollte ich explizit diesen Ring uf der iriscollection Homepage bewerten- die Bewertung wurde jedoch immer wieder gelöscht. Schade. Ich kann diesen Schmuck leider gar nicht weiter empfehlen.

Schlechte Ware

Guten Tag, habe einen Ring grösse 52-56 gekauft, er lässt sich aber überhaupt nicht verstellen und ist zudem noch sehr schlecht verarbeitet, sehr scharfe kannten, also nur ein stück zum wegwerfen ins altmetall, die von Temu sind bedeutend besser und erst noch billiger.

Kann ich absolut empfehlen!

Toller Service, schnelle Lieferung und super schöne Produkte. Ich trage ein Armband seit Monaten und es sieht immer noch toll aus. Danke ihr Lieben!
