This company is absolutely pathetic

This company is absolutely pathetic. Bough a product in Jan 2020, broken within 6 wks. I reported this to them mid March and 2 mths later I have been sent wrong parts, broken parts and after demanding a refund they refuse to send a courier to collect even telling them I have been to a solicitor about this. I have chased and chased them with nearly 100 emails to them. They wont sign any email response and are using Covid as an excuse to hide the delays. Then I get crossed emails telling me something totally different to the previous one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. I've reported them to the ECCE as they are engliush company also not Irish as they pretend.No customer phone numbers, nothing. I HAVE RETURNED THE GOODS 3 WKS AGO AND STILL NO REFUND OR ANY COMMUNICATION - TOTAL CON ARTISTS
