Absolutely appalling. No response whatsoever on any of my emails. I was surprised the refund actually went through, given their sheer negligence and client aversion. Please avoid at all costs.

Wouldn't even give 1 star, I ordered a medal board on 1st June, on 12th July now and haven't heard a thing, sent emails to no replies. Money taken out of my account. Why are these still online. An awful shame, have been looking for a board for ages.

Avoid Irish Wooden Gifts. Ordered a wooden hanger on 31st July last and money taken. We are now the 26 August and still have not received it despite numerous emails. All have gone unanswered.

I would never again order from this…
I would never again order from this company. Ordered bridal wooden hangers for two brides and requested names and date of wedding. Placed order and product was not received for an ENTIRE MONTH. I emailed and FB message numerous times requesting a delivery date. I had to remind them over and over again. The hangers arrived with the date OMITTED. What a joke. Bad customer service and then to receive product not as you requested and paid for.
