I ordered a dress. It took forever to arrive. They don't use a normal shipping service. No USPS, UPS, FEDEX. Some completely random shipper that was extremely useless for tracking. The tracking stated several times that my item was lost then suddenly in my neighborhood, then the next day it was back afar away from my home again. Finally, the package arrived. It wasn't at all the dress I had ordered. It was some completely terrible fabric, wrong dress, wrong style. Buyer be ware and don't order from there.
I emailed them the information and they wrote back that they will offer me a 30% refund for a bait and switch.

I ordered 2 formal gowns and received a purse that had a card stating “That will do pig, that will do.” This website is a scam, stay away from it!

Completely different dress was sent then in the photo. I ordered an orange one instead got a red one. Completely different dress as a whole. Cheap quality, very dissapointed.

Do not order from!!!!! Terrible quality and delivered the wrong thing. Terrible customer service!! Save your money.

A dress arrived that looked like nothing like what was advertised. The color, fabric, details and quality we completely different. After doing reverse image search, I found the legit website. Iris Petal stole the photos. I ordered the dress from the legit website, and it came as advertised. Not only that, it was less expensive than the fraudulent dress from Iris Petal, and the quality was undeniably better!
