Just bought 2 pair of leggings, arrived in time. Postal office was delaying package. Will buy again

Company states the are located in Florida, this is not true. Shipping from China, takes forever, wrong item sent and now they will not answer return requests. No working phone number. I would NEVER order from China, sizes, quality and shipping are all terrible. I am glad I am only out $44.00, but would rather not be. Do not buy from this company, I didn't research enough.

I purchased a dress from their website in good faith for a show I'm producing. The transaction did not indicate the shipping would originate from China, resulting in an unanticipated long shipping time. However, after finding this out, I patiently waited for my package. When it arrived, I was discouraged to find the vendor had shipped the wrong color. I contacted iRockbags and found out the vendor no longer stocks the color I had ordered.

In order for me to receive a refund, they required that I return the item, which is totally reasonable. However, they refused to provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse me for return shipping costs. I did end up receiving a refund for my purchase price, but not my $8.25 shipping costs.

It is incredulous to me that a company would have such poor customer service as to not take FULL responsibility for a mistake that was made on their end.

Order 3 dresses on April 1 received both of them on April 7. Both dresses fit one needs alteration but overall the experience was great and customer service answered all my questions before ordering.. Not sure why their so many negative reviews

I had ordered a dress and when I got it it was way too short cuz so I decided to return it with the address if it showed up there and also witht the certified mail will they received it but I asked if I can get a refund or change no email no nothing I even try to call them and left messages no answer even left a message nothing my suggestion to not order from this company you will get ripped off I hope you read this review because I didn't read the reviews before I wish I would have have.

Had never used this company before and never will again. I had to follow up just to have my order confirmed for processing. Paid extra for expedited shipping and had to follow up why I'd had no update - got a one line response to my email - your order will be shipped this week. Three weeks later I pick up the parcel at the post office and they hadn't even supplied the correct product or size. Complete waste of time and money. Used their returns process form online to start the process which amounted to nothing. No replies to emails. I have since lodged a complaint with the FTC. $80AUD they owe me. Not happy at all to say the least. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND DON'T ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.

Bought a dress for prom arrived just in time save me tons of money

Bought a dress online. What arrived was completely different. Requested a returns number and never got a reply. No return address to be easily found. The dress was nothing like the photo....terrible quality. Wouldn't wear it to bed!

Ordered a dress in July , it has never turned up yet they have my £41.00 I have contacted them on several occasions and they have said they are resending the item yet has never been delivered. I asked them to refund my money and have not heard from them
I have told them I will now take this matter further .. So here we are on public media reading to my horror that this company has a disgusting record of this happening. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND PASS ONTO TO AS MANY THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA / PRESS AND WORD OF MOUTH IN ORDER TO MAKE OTHERS AWARE

I order a jumpsuit from this company, and paid for express shipping. Not only did it take the company 7 days to send my item, but they sent the item via United Postal Service under the normal shipping time frame. As I stated before I ordered a jumpsuit, but the company sent me a dress. I have sent emails and called the company, but I still have not received a response. I will never order from this site again.

I ordered a sweater. I knew it was coming from China so I expected to wait. I received the sweater but not in the color I ordered. The shady part is: no packing slip, no English return address on envelope, difficult site to talk to anyone. I filled out the return form and when i hit continue, a page came up that said it was not a secure site. I am upset that i got the wrong thing and i paid shipping for the wrong thing and i may have to pay shipping to return it if i ever get a response from the site. I will not buy anything again. Also, I checked on iscam .com and it reported it as only 50% secure. ( too bad I didn't check that first)

My dress was shipped on time, dress fit correctly, package arrived on time. Will buy again. I hope they get more bandage dress in stock

I bought a dress from this site and paid for express post. It wasn't express posted and the dress they sent was a cheap knock off of the photo. I have emailed 5 times trying to get a refund and have been ignored.
Don't waste your money on this company!!
