An experience worse than bad, and very expensive again.

I made trades with IronFX using account number 15195395 with a 100% bonus. I deposited $1250 and reached over $4500. As per the agreement, I requested to withdraw half of my money. They've been stalling me for three weeks, constantly making the same excuse. Who are we supposed to fight against in this market? Who will protect our rights? IronFX and Notesco even have FSC regulations. I don't understand what these regulations are for. Stay away.

Taking legal action - $726.54 deposit stolen

IronFX has crossed the line. They removed $726.54 from my account 11224257 - money I deposited legitimately through their platform. This is not about trading losses or fees, they literally took my deposit money.

I've thoroughly reviewed their Terms & Conditions and this action is in direct violation of multiple clauses regarding client fund protection. They have no legal right to touch deposited funds without explicit authorization.

I'm now pursuing this matter through regulatory channels and considering legal action. If you're considering IronFX, look elsewhere. A broker that steals client deposits cannot be trusted with your money.

Documentation of all deposits and communications have been preserved for legal proceedings.

Major red flags - they took $4,113 of MY money

I'm writing this as a warning to other traders. IronFX just removed $4,113 from my account number 11222872 - money I deposited over several months. This wasn't profits or bonuses, this was MY cash that I put in.

This is extremely concerning behavior that violates every principle of client money protection. Their T&Cs explicitly state that client deposits are segregated and protected, yet here we are.

If they can arbitrarily take large sums like this without justification, what's stopping them from taking everything? The fact they're breaching their own terms makes me question if this company is even solvent.

Do NOT risk your money with these people. Find a properly regulated broker that respects client funds.

IronFX Not Safe for Client Money - My Experience

I want to share my bad experience with IronFX to help other traders avoid same problem. IronFX closed my account and took my deposit money $295. I was trading normally and never violated any rules but they still took my money. This is very concerning because broker should protect client deposits, not take them. Client money should be safe and returned when needed. I tried to get explanation from their support but they don't give clear answers. Just say account closed but no reason why they keep my deposit. This makes me very worried about their business practices. How can they operate like this and take client money without proper justification? I am still trying to get my deposit back through complaints but they seem to ignore client concerns. My advice to other traders: be very careful with IronFX. Your deposit money may not be safe with them. There are many other brokers in market who properly protect client funds. Better to choose those instead of risking your money with IronFX. I hope my experience helps others make better choice for their trading.

They Took Even $66 - Shows Their True Nature

IronFX took my small deposit of $66. This may be small money but it shows what kind of company they are. If they steal even $66 from client, they will steal any amount. This proves they are not honest broker. I was new trader trying with very small amount. But they still took my money when they closed account. Customer service don't help with small accounts. They only care about big money clients. This is very bad way to treat clients. Every client should be respected no matter account size. Don't use IronFX. They will take your money even if it's small amount like mine. Better to find broker who treats all clients fairly.

Small Account But They Still Took My Money

Even though my deposit was only $200, IronFX still took it when they closed my account. This shows they don't care about clients no matter how small. I was testing this broker with small amount to see if they are trustworthy. Now I see they are not good broker because they take even small deposits. $200 may seem small to them but it's my money that I earned working. They have no right to keep it when closing account. I complain about this but they don't care about small clients. They just ignore my emails. This proves IronFX will take any amount from clients - big or small. They don't respect client money at all. If they steal $200 from me, imagine what they do with bigger accounts. Very dangerous broker. Please avoid IronFX. Even if you start with small deposit like me, they will still take it. Find broker who respects all clients equally, not just big accounts.

ACCOUNT CLOSED - DEPOSIT STOLEN

IronFX closed my account and kept my $990 deposit. No explanation, no justification, just took my money. I traded normally for several months. No rule violations, no problems. Then suddenly - account closed, money gone. Their customer service is useless. Generic responses, no real help, no concern for client funds. This is not profit removal - this is deposit theft. They Stole My Savings - Very Bad Broker

I am writing this review with heavy heart because IronFX took my money $1,350 without any good reason. This was my savings money that I put in trading account. I was careful with my trading and never did anything wrong. But they closed my account and kept all my money. When I ask why they took my deposit, they don't give clear answer. Just say account is closed. But why they can keep my deposit money? This is not their money, it's mine! I am very sad and angry about this. That money was for my family needs and now IronFX has stolen it from me. How can they sleep at night knowing they took money from regular people like me? I complain to them many times but they ignore me. They don't care that they ruined my financial situation. This is not how legitimate broker should behave. Taking client deposit money is stealing. There is no other word for it. Please don't use IronFX. They will take your money and break your heart. Find honest broker who respects client money. I am still hoping somehow to get my money back but they don't respond to my emails anymore. They wiped my entire account including client deposit, I would like it back please on account number 11224038.

IronFX Took My Deposit Money Without Good Reason

Hello everyone, I am Arjuna and I am very disappointed with IronFX service. My account number is: 11225353 They closed my account and took all my deposit money $1,300. I traded normally and followed all their requirements. But suddenly they close my account and keep my deposit money. This is not right! Deposit money should be returned to client when account is closed. This is basic rule for any broker company. I complained to them but they don't give good explanation. Just say "account closed" but no reason why they keep my money. $1,300 is big money for me. I worked hard to save this amount and put in trading account. How can they just take it like this? I am still fighting to get my money back but IronFX customer service is very bad. They don't care about client complaints. Please be careful if you want to use IronFX. They can take your deposit money and ignore your complaints. Your money is not safe with them. I hope they read this review and return my deposit. This is very unfair treatment of clients.

Account Closure with Deposit Confiscation - Unacceptable

I am compelled to share my experience with IronFX to warn other traders about their questionable business practices. IronFX closed my trading account and confiscated my entire deposit balance of $1,250 without providing adequate justification. This was not a case of profit adjustment or bonus removal, they took my personal funds that I had legitimately deposited. I have submitted a formal complaint ticket, but their response has been inadequate and evasive. They seem unwilling to provide transparent explanations for such drastic action against client funds.

After more than 6 months, they denied my profits with the excuse I used illegal softwares

I made a decent profit during the april tariffs crash but they denied some thousand of $ of profit saying I used an arbitrage software. I sent them the full Metatrader statement and report, they said I have closed 50$ of not legal transaction, and with that excuse, they denied me 2000$ of profit. Beware.

They're blocking transactions

They're blocking transactions. They disabled my dollar-crypto pair quotes for the weekend. I can't close or modify my positions. My account is off-quote. The chart is working. I couldn't close the position with a profit. They're exposing me to SL losses. I reported this to MQL! This is unacceptable!
Maybe they want to lose their license with MQL...

I've run out of patience. I'm not a cash cow.

There's no contact with them. The AI ​​can't handle the chat. After midnight, they completely shut down the server for 20 minutes, causing no quotes on the charts. Then they disabled quotes.

Support doesn't respond to emails. They don't even notify me about a margin call to the email address associated with the account.

They often cause problems with deposits and position entry when the price at which you could earn money isn't right for them. Especially if someone can make several hundred percent. they delay and block new trades and deposit.

When they're not at work, deposits are automatically processed within a few minutes. During their business hours, they manage deposits at their discretion depending on the market situation.

I could write a lot, as I've had an account for years, but it's a waste of words. I'm avoiding their tricks as much as I can. I expect problems with withdrawing larger profits.

they have high spreads, higher than all the brokers in the industry,

they doesnt process withdrawal

they threat you if you tell them you will expose them, they will stop your withdrawal just like mine, they are not processing my withdrawal

now they are asking me to wait for another 24 hours as the weekend has started to infact wait another 4 days to get the withdrawal

Rubbish broker

Rubbish broker, slow transactions, bad spread, and their 100% deposit bonus is completely useless because you have to share your profits 50/50 with this stupid broker.
