Do not buy from this store
Do not buy from this store. Their customer service is non-responsive. I requested a return, it was kicked back. I read through their return policy before I purchased the items. According to the policy, the items purchased were eligible for return (would not have purchased if they were not eligible). I wanted to exchange one item for a different size. After figuring out the very confusing process for return, it was denied. I tried emailing customer service twice to understand why it wasn't eligible. And no response. I found a phone number that was linked to the return form, when I called it sounded like spam, so I hung up. I will spread the word on social media to not shop this store.

AVOID!!!! Do not buy anything from the Ironman store especially customized items they will give you the run around. Ordered a customized trophy back in August 2025 and they said it will take 4-6 to ship. This was suppose to a gift and I never received it. The only contact this company has is email and they took so long to respond. Every time I emailed they said they were waiting for their “third party” vendor to give them the status of my order. It got to the point where I demanded a refund on October. They said they will process my refund and “assured me” that they will still have the trophy shipped to me which was a load of lies. I got my refund and I ended up getting a customized trophy from etsy which was way affordable, great quality, and a smoother process. It is now February 2026 and I STILL did not receive a thing from this company. They are so misleading to their customers. I would much rather them just give me the refund and leave it at that and not lie and say I will still get the trophy due to all the trouble. The completely ignore all my emails shortly after the gave me the refund. This is the most misleading company and customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I ordered a Wahoo sport watch at the Ironman Store. After 1 year the GPS reception is no longer working. I contacted the support department several times but they won't reply to my warranty demands.
I will now contact a consumer protection organization and report this issue.
Bottom line: the Ironman store is not a serious and trustworthy supplier for sport gear. They just take advantage of the "Ironman" label.

Hope you read this before ordering from IM store. Paid 300+euros for items in November 2023 its end of May 2024 and still nothing. Official channels not responding, phone line not responding. Im contacting European e-justice Portal in my country about fraud. Also cancelling my Porec 70.3 2024 with my friends. 1star is too much...

I didn't even bother to place the order once have seen outrageous shipping costs - 50eur to UK, 65 eur to Greece?! some random 2eur "processing fee". a waste of time

I would never ever again re-order something from this company. I received 2 times the wrong order. I had to pay additional fees to DHL for the second time because the first package was wrong. I also paid extra to get my package faster. It took 1 month for them to ship my order. Worst customer experience.

They sell their wrong size inventory…
They sell their wrong size inventory under "sale" and claim sale items not eligible for return. The extra large is not even a medium. I have the tag on it. Just looked at it and knew the bib is not extra large. Did not even try it on. Not looking for cash back, Just an exchange for the correct size.

Complete waste of time and money
I tried to buy a bag to be shipped to the UAE, after the first 3 cards didn’t work (for no reason, and I’m still waiting for all of the funds to clear in my account), I used PayPal and 4 days later they informed me that they had calculated the shipping costs incorrectly and that I need to pay an additional $220.
Never use this company.

Scandalous postage costs
Went to order a Euro30 shirt post race as they had sold out at the merchandise tent at the race venue in Sardinia. They want Euro50 to deliver to the UK. What a total joke. They can put the shirt wherever they like but not in the post to me at those outrageous delivery costs. What a shame because the delivery of their actual race events is absolutely exceptional.
Quality of Ironman Shirts has gone down hill tremendously in 5 years
Bought a shirt for the NC race online after the race. Had one from the 2017 race and wanted the same. It was long sleeved and had all the names of the racers on it. The quality is crap compared to the other shirt I had. The material is cheap and the sleeves can be pushed up. I'm really annoyed that I spent $50 including shipping for the shirt. I thought it would be like the prior shirt and am really irritated.

The store is an absolute joke. No service, ridiculous postage charges. Embodies everything the brand has become, just about the money, couldn't care less about its customers.

So frustrated after being sent a sleeveless wetsuit (I ordered one with arms), then waited 2 weeks for a response. Was advised a new one was in stock and would be sent.
Received an update today (5 weeks after the original order) stating that not only is my wetsuit not on the way, but that there is also not one in stock anymore. So IM will refund me, but only once they receive the incorrectly sent sleeveless wetsuit back in their warehouse.
Honestly don't bother. This brand exists purely on the name. Zero customer service, zero care and absolutely zero respect or understanding shown to customers.
