Apologies for not having your particular item in stock. We work with some 30+ suppliers. Some provide live interfaces to their available stock, but some do not. This makes it impossible for us to provide a consistent "live" view on stock on our website, so we rely on regular batch updates.
We check every order as soon as we receive it to check the stock, and to look for alternative suppliers if it is unavailable.
If we cannot source the item from our own stock or any of our supplier contacts we make the customer aware of the situation, and offer a full refund.

Delayed delivery by appointed Courier
My previous review of one star was in no way a reflection on Ironmongery Plus but on the delivery of my items via the appointed Courier. They did not keep me informed that it was not going to be delivered on the day specified by them, despite sending an email directly to them by myself!!
Therefore I have given a revised five star rating to Ironmongery Plus (apologies) who have been very professional and helpful to me when I had any queries prior to ordering the items in question.
