I love the look of the watch especially that the numbers of the face light up at night not just the minute marks. the only complaint I have is that the watch runs about a minute or two fast and I have to reset it every few days. If there is a way to fix this please let me know.

i love the watch. however the black metallic pieces on the strap lost their black color and i havent been to the field yet.

The only thing that kind of bothered me was when I went to set the time and date I noticed there were 2 days of the week and thought that was odd. Checking the instructions it said the watch was bi-lingual and should have one day in Spanish and one in English. Well, mine is double English. It would've been nice to have both as an option.

Bought this watch as a gift, but the gifting ended up not working out. Ironway has an AI email respond for them. It gave me the runaround to send the item back. You pay for shipping back to China if you decide to return the watch. Me and the AI “Mark” finally agreed to just refund me 30% back leaving my subtotal just shy of $68. So since I’m stuck with this watch, I decided to use it at work since my job is rough and constantly exposed to water and high heat. The watch has been okay. It honestly looks cheap compared to a less expensive Timex in my own opinion. The “NATO strap” is AWFUL. The most uncomfortable band I’ve ever worn. Cheap stitching on it and the band straight up feels like I’m wearing plastic. Bought a canvas band on Amazon and that fixed that problem. Overall, not impressed. Between the AI, heavy marketing geared to US Military, but having everything made in China, and awful strap, 2 stars of 5. Do yourself a favor. Buy a Timex or Casio or save up and buy an American assembled watch from Vaer or Shinola.

To Ironway. No. I won’t reach out to “revist” the solution. In fact, I ASKED for 30% after I was told I had to pay for shipping back to China. YOU offered 20%. I checked the emails again. If you feel that the solution wasn’t representative of the company, it should’ve been resolved correctly the first time. And to update this review, the lume on this watch is terrible. It’ll glow in a dark room for 5 minutes and then gone. You’re not going to be able to tell time at night. Timex has indiglo to resolve this. VAER has Super Lumi-Nova. Casio even has back lights. Any other watch is going to be better than this cheaply made “field watch.”

And lastly, your website says the “Field Watch” has 1,387 5 star reviews right under the pictures of the watch. Then if you scroll down you find Trust Pilot reviews saying 4.7 stars out of 5 with 1,387 reviews. When you finally figure out how to read and leave a review, you arrive here to the Trust Pilot website. On this site you have 3.7 out of 5 stars with 686 reviews. So which is it? Seems like you’re just slapping high review numbers everywhere until you get to the third party site with real reviews. So for all that, down to one start for me. Just egregious behavior by a company to fool consumers like this.

For starters, I have owned an Ironway watch for over a year now. It holds up remarkably well in an industrial setting, during dynamic firearms training and general exposure to the elements.

From an engineering standpoint, it is simple, utilitarian, durable, and it does exactly what it is designed to do.. tell the time, day and date.

Aesthetically, I think it's simplicity is a clear statement in and of itself. It looks pragmatic, useful or like a tool in a way. And it is. I would wear this watch to any function and my only worry is that others might think I'm intelligent and capable by wearing it. This watch is not meant to be flashy, but useful.

I own one in black, and after a few small scratches, natural wear and tear, it's character is quite charming.

This watch embodies exactly what I was looking for in a watch.. a functional tool that doesn't necessarily broadcast military purpose, or try to be a showpiece. With a VKM or rubberized strap, it is extremely comfortable.

For the price you will not find another watch in this style with sapphire glass.

That is why I bought a second one immediately when I thought I had lost the first. This watch is a tool that I do not leave my home without.

The customer service I received was second to none, and their gratitude for my appreciation for their product is genuine. After some correspondence, I can honestly say that these guys are the real deal. They are a company that embodies the spirit of functionality without adding anything that does not serve that purpose.. and for that..

As an inventor, armorer, butcher, avid shooter, and proponent of preparedness, I cannot recommend any other watch before an Ironway watch.

I bought two watches thinking that I ordered the blue nautical watch but received a different one and gave it to a veteran brother and kept the other one I ordered. It is a great watch and reminds me of the military watch I had over 40 years ago. So far I love it. It takes a licking and keeps on ticking. My only concern is that it took forever to get to me here in South Carolina.

Both of these watches are amazing and very tactical in everyday. Would buy again

Fantastic watch ! Although I thought I was also getting the free gift pack as it said on my invoice but no just the watch

I was supposed to get a mystery box with my order. Never did. The watches work well. However i am less than a month into them and the black is coming off all the metal parts. If I payed full price i would be mad, but i didnt, not sure anyone pays full price. Probly always on sale.

Watch received has intermittently stopped running. Will wake up in the morning and the watch has stopped. Reset the time and it works for most of the day.

I have had a lot of watches in my day, but this time piece is the best one I have ever owned. It keeps perfect time, and is comfortable to wear. I am a Viet Nahm veteran I like to support veteran owned business.A job well done!!!

Delivered my new watch on time as ordered in protected packaging. Ironway monitored the watches journey from their location to my address, reporting progress daily. The watch is very similar to one I wore in Vietnam 56 years ago, an old companion is home again on my wrist.

Love the watch! Got sent out quite quickly. Love the look. Its a joint work watch/swimming/pub watch so will get bashed about. Couple of weeks in, no sign of any damage at all. Def a fan so far. Price point is awesome too. Got it on special.

Item was as advertised. Good heavy solid watch. As an ex member of British Airborne Forces I appreciate a robust watch but also one that looks the business. This watch ticks the boxes. Worth every penny.

The watch looks good. The problems are it took a long time to arrive. The day and date on the military style watch is near impossible to keep correct. The date goes 31 days no matter what, so you spend a half hour spinning the hands in order to get it back to the correct day/date. Very frustrating. Go get a timex at Walmart for half the price.
