Excellent communication and packaging, watch functions perfectly.

Total rip off company! Thought I’d buy the $25 AUD mystery box plus postage as the watches look like cheap Chinese rubbish. Received a $2 bronze military challenge coin not even in a box, complained and only offered a measley $5 refund! Useless company and useless products. Beware ignore the marketing!

I ordered an Ironway watch for my partner after he sent me a link for the watch after seeing it a few times on social media. My partner loves his watch, when he got home from work to see it on the dinning table he immediately unboxed it and put it on and has worn it everyday since.

I ordered a watch set that was supposed to include a leather case. It arrived in flimsy packaging—just a thin box in a plastic bag—and was completely destroyed during transit from China, leaving the leather case severely damaged and unusable.

When I contacted customer service with proof of the damage, Ironway refused to take responsibility for their poor packaging. Despite advertising a "100% satisfaction guarantee," my only options were to pay out-of-pocket to ship the item back to China or accept a measly 10% refund. They do not stand behind their products or their guarantee. Save your money!

UPDATE: I reached out to support at the same email provided in their reply multiple times and now all of the sudden with this review they want to act like they will make it right. Don't trust them!

Great price, super quality, quick delivery. Love it

Took a while for delivery, but have to say, I’m very impressed. Watch keeps good time, has a quality feel about it. Fair price. Whether it stays good over time, remains to be seen. Not been used in water yet so can’t comment on that. Overall, I’m happy.

It’s a great everyday watch to withstand the rough and tumble of the grand kids and withstand rough weather in Scotland so it’s safe to say I love it many thanks

Good watch. Looks great. Keeps accurate time. Luminous dial and hands are dimmer than I’d prefer.

Great watch I wear to work and I’m in maintenance so I’m constantly banging it and so far it’s held up great !!!

Very impressed with the Watch and the price, having some watches which are 100 times more costly than this watch for me it’s the ideal work watch and I’ll be wearing it every day

Love the simplicity of these timepieces. Had a few user issues at the start but Mark in customer satisfaction helped me get on track. Overall, they seem to be durable and should give me years of service. Great product.

Watch functions perfectly and looks great! Great deal for the price

Watch looks good, feels good. However, the day after I received it, it it skipped ahead time. I was about 45 minutes fast when I noticed it. I corrected time and it hasn’t done it since. I reached out to Ironway, and their response was get someone to change the battery. I didn’t, just waited to to if it happened again. It hasn’t and it’s been about a week. I replaced the strap with a 3rd party silicon strap because I’m a pro cook and am constantly washing hands getting wet, so I needed one that wouldn’t retain moisture/bacteria etc. anyways, five stars except for the one-time time-issue, so four stars.

This is a bad-ass watch! Just looks good and works great! Has a little issue. Got an immediate response from Mark in CS. Took care of it same day. Overall, a very positive experience!

Enjoy the watch for the most part but however the luminous dial and numbers wash out in the dark making it near impossible to make out the time . I purchased the white face dial, so that is likely the reason imho.
Great size and easy to read in the daytime!

I’m extremely impressed with my Ironway waterproof watch! The build quality feels solid and durable, and it has handled everything from daily wear to swimming without any issues. The display is clear and easy to read, the timekeeping is accurate, and the battery life has been excellent.
I had to remove 3 links in the band- easy peasy.

We had a problem with GOFO delivery…let me emphasize, NOT Ironway’s fault. They referred me to GOFO, got everything fixed and (here is where it gets good) followed up with me to make sure everything was fixed. Product is as advertised and very comfortable to wear. Would purchase through Ironway again. Solid customer service in a world where it is vanishing.

I purchased the Nomad with the luminescent dial for the unique look. Arrived in the amount of time promised. Packaged very well. Couldn't wait to start wearing it. One of my favorite everyday watches. High quality at a reasonable price. First watch with a NATO strap. Practicality over comfort. I really love it. I've had it for a few weeks now. The black paint coating on the strap hardware has started to strip off but that just adds to the rugged appeal of this timepiece. Thank you.
