The watch is soundly made and gains time over weeks. The nighttime illumination is lacking, usually lasts an hour. For the price I am satisfied and would recommend your watches to others understanding the issues I currently identified. Over Al the construction is outstanding, it is a heavy watch and will be scuba diving in the coming weeks, more to come.

Well, I purchased the 3 pack of watches and I'm having issues trying to "sync up" the days and date on 2 of them. I don't understand why they have 2 "days", and one date. I seem to have a 12 hour issue.

The strap was too complicated so I cut it and reduced the complexity. The luminosity on the hour and minute hands doesn't show up in the dark. Not worth buying.

I’m very happy with my new watch, it looks great too. The whole process from ordering to receiving the watch was nice and easy.

Took longer than expected to get here but I liked the product.

Easy ordering, I received the watch in 7 days, and I was totally stoked at the actual watch itself, being as nice as it is for just under $100! I absolutely love it. What was ment to be a work watch that I would be okay with getting abused has turned into a nice accessory for when im out. Only problem now is i have to find a watch i dont care about😆

Never dealt with customer support, only problem i have with watch, is there is no date window and watch band to short

The watch itself is good; however, the band isn’t what I expected. It doesn’t adjust easily and has to be re-adjusted every morning as I put it on for the day.

Looks good on my wrist I appreciate the lighter face from my first purchase from your company. It looks and feels right and I like to support military veterans in both the UK and USA.

Nice every day watch. Because the second hand is black ( I have the blue one) it is very hard to see. Should be white/red/yellow, something that would show up against the dark face color. Also I was supposed to get a free watch band but didn't. Also wasn't real thrilled that it came out of China.

Straight ahead wonderful watch. The NATO strap however could not be adjusted to locate the clasp over the middle of the wrist. No big deal. Just got a new strap.

Beware don't buy it's a rip off, watch didn't last 6 months and the warranty is useless. Seriously pissed I fell for the you tube advertisement

Having received the watch, I dutifully read the owners manual and was totally surprised by the care requirements. If you actually read the requirements, such as dry off after swimming, or wipe off your sweat after using raised red flags to me. I never get that information with a $39 Timex I've had for 9 + years that still is working. So I decided to return the watch a few days after receiving it. I found out the 30 day return warranty is bunk. First, they offered me partial money back and told me I could keep the watch. Then when I turned that down they offered to give me a 75% discount on a future product which I turned down, Finally after 5 emails to support they sent me instructions to return it to to China, WITHOUT a pre-paid return shipping label which ALL reputable companies do. I have no idea how much a shipment to mainland China is if I have to foot the bill, but I'm guessing it's expensive. I'm awaiting me request in my 6th email right now. Good luck if you purchase any of these watches and want a refund under their warranty.

My daughter bought the watch for Father’s Day and I love it. Also loved the green woven strap that came with the watch. A little disappointed that the black painted strap attachments have quickly shown signs of wear with paint coming off. Because of this I went ahead and ordered a new strap which is slightly different design but with steel (unpainted I think) hoops and buckle. Fingers crossed this holds up better.
