Cannot believe this fraudster has been…

Cannot believe this fraudster has been allowed to start another fraudulent company . I worked for him at his last company. He's abusive. Overworked staff. Makes up stories about damaged tools and equipment so that he can savk the person without paying their owed wages. He owes me and I know of at least 10 other staff he owes money to. Along with several companies
He knows nothing about this industry and will con anyone out of their money

A cheeky cheater

Insolent, rude, drunk, knows nothing about the field of metal and work in the field of welding. A fraudster from Lithuania calls himself Denis Brenson, the last company Love Metal was liquidated on 07.03.2026 and a new company IRONYX was immediately opened!!! Be careful and I do not advise anyone to work for him and conduct any business with him. A very hypocritical person deceived many people, children, wives, grandparents and left without food. The last scum!

would rank 0/5 if i could

owner denis, refused my last two weeks pay after accusing me of breaking his tools. after he trashed his own workshop up on multiple occasions as he likes to regularly get over intoxicated. Also has no idea about metal work and still demands things are done his way when he has no idea what he’s doing. Constantly starting new company’s to scam innocent people out of money.

🛑 Avoid! 🛑 Denis is a con man with a history of financial scandals

This is not a legitimate business, but rather an operation run by a fraudster engaging in unlawful activities.

Please do your own research there is plenty of information that can be found online with evidence relating to the director and the previous companies run by this man.

This is the 12th business opened by an individual named Denis Branson, whose real name is Dainius Zvirblis which was also used to open companies to run his criminal operation.

This company was opened a month before liquidating Love Metal Fabrication LTD in an attempt evade his legal obligations and responsibilities. In debt to over 50 creditors, owing over £200 000 as well as being pursued by HMRC for £56k and having a large injury claim against the company due to the lack of health and safety. He now attempts to continue doing business as usual disguised once again as a new company.

There is no limit to who this man will rip off.
You can search his names or companies on Facebook, Instagram or Google and find evidence of Denis exploiting clients, staff, contractors, associates, suppliers and even those closest to him.

This man is nothing more than a fraud working with his partner Kristina Bajalyte. He has no knowledge or any real experience in engineering nor metalwork and solely relies on 3rd parties to offer his services.

He is purely a coercive business man who will attempt anything to manipulate you to get what he wants.

Extremely negative experience for ANYONE getting involved.

I would strongly advise anyone to exercise caution before doing business with Dainius Zvirblis (also known as Denis Branson).

Based on my experience and others I’ve spoken to, there appears to be a repeated pattern across multiple companies where staff, contractors, and suppliers complete work but are not paid.

Reasons such as alleged poor workmanship or missing equipment are often used to justify withholding payment.

There are also serious concerns about how these businesses are managed.

Former employees describe a lack of organisation, poor communication, and in some cases a hostile or intimidating work environment.

Several individuals claim they were pressured into working long hours without pay or were dismissed after raising concerns.

The most recent company, Love Metal Fabrication Ltd, has gone into liquidation, reportedly leaving dozens of creditors unpaid.

Similar issues have been linked to previous companies.

There are also allegations of misleading financial reporting and harassment of individuals who attempted to recover unpaid wages or debts.

Overall, this has been a deeply frustrating and costly experience, and I would urge others to carry out thorough checks before getting involved.

As this new business has yet again been set up as the 12th company by Denis/Dainius set up to run this scam.

Full details and documented evidence can be found online as well as more to be released soon.
