If you like your rug, the transaction can be fine. If you have to return it, the shipping is at your own cost, destination SWITZERLAND. Significantly adding to your costs. I do not think that they should be able to operate a site that LOOKS like it's in the Netherlands, when they're actually based in another country.
I would choose a more local provider in case you run into any issues. This place is too risky to buy from.
This company is a SCAM! I bought from them a table runner, that at the end of the day I wanted to get returned. I didn't realize at the time, that the return location is in Switzerland, and the return costs are on the customer.
In any case, I went through the process of returning the item. Only to receive the package back 1 month later!
As it turned out, upon delivery, no-one was at the return address to pick up the package, no one bothered picking up the package even though a notification was left, and the result was the package being returned to me.
I would definitely recommend anyone to STAY AWAY.
