Didn’t expect much from this sweater but it surprised me. It’s soft straight on the skin and not itchy at all. Wore it twice already and it still looks fresh.

The fabric of the women's trousers is fantastic, but they run quite long for someone who is 5'3". I had to get them hemmed at the tailor, but now they fit like a glove and look amazing.

The Rachel handbag is beautiful, but it is slightly larger in person than I imagined from the pictures. It’s still fantastic for carrying my laptop and daily essentials, so I'm happily keeping it.

The classic wool cardigan is very warm. Because it uses real wool, it had a slight natural scent right out of the packaging. I just aired it out on my balcony for a day and it’s perfectly fine now.

I ordered the Cecilia tote bag and the design is incredibly classy. The outer shipping box arrived a bit dented from the courier, but thankfully the bag inside was well-protected and undamaged.

The Maddox cashmere sweater is unbelievably soft and high quality. It runs a bit on the slim-fit side, so I’d highly recommend sizing up if you prefer a more relaxed look. Great piece, though!

The waterproof outdoor pants are great for the rain. The waist was slightly loose on me despite following the size guide, but wearing a belt fixed the issue completely. Excellent waterproofing.

Do not buy from this place if youre in SA. The return policy does not apply to us. You cannot return the product without paying a ridiculous amount more than the price of the actual items you bought.
The quality of the fabric was also terrible .

I ordered in Nov 4 dresses and never received them even after many many follows ups they are scammers no money returned no order delivered

I have make a purchase of a AirPure 3-in-1 air cooler, UV air purifier and ioniser with the Order number LWZK4Y5NN on 18th Nov 2025. I have connected with your customer care team and all i got a mails after 2 to 3 days that the Order is on the way and would be delivered . its been more than 3 months the order is not yet deliver and not I am seeking for a full refund.
I would appreciate if this is taken on a priority and have the refund completed.

Ordered a blouse last November. When I ask for information I have to repeat the delivery address and am then told it is incomplete and that they cannot deliver until this is sorted. If they cannot deliver surely they should give me a refund.
