I purchased an ISBN from these people, it listed them as the publisher, preventing my publisher and distributor from using this ISBN. The ISBN that does not list them as the publisher was more. I pay the higher cost. They have a 30-day refund policy. Within a week, my publisher and distributor, Ingramspark, said they were unable to use the ISBN. It was faulty. These people refused to refund my $109.99 for an ISBN I could not and did not use well within the 30-day refund policy they offer. I don't know what was wrong with the number, but my publisher and distributor could not use it. I had to purchase another number from another provider, whom I will use going forward, but these people are a sham.

No muss no fuss! This was an amazing and easy experience at a very reasonable rate to get my files converted for ebook. Josh was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond and got me these files done so quickly at such a reasonable rate. The other company I had been working with was trying to charge me much more than this for more than a two week turn around. I can’t believe I got this in ONE DAY! And it looks amazing. I have never seeen a picture book in ebook form and this is really cool.
