It was one of the most rewarding programs I've had in my life. The program is well organized and has lots of support—with support sessions, a community, weekly power challenges, and everything. Thank you, Ms. Truda, and her team for creating a very good learning environment.

As Ms. Truda said, language and parenting learning are a lifelong journey. I believe the program equipped me with the tools to master it with a clearer view. It's more than just English learning. It's more like brain rewiring.

Joining the ISFH Program has been a truly rewarding experience for me and my family. It has not only further strengthened my English communication skills but also transformed the way I approach parenting. Through the program’s well-designed workshops and interactive discussions, I learned practical techniques to support my child’s emotional growth while deepening my understanding of cross-cultural communication.

What I appreciate most is how ISFH blends language learning with real-life parenting experience, creating a meaningful and very practical learning experience. Ms. Truda and Ms. Shannon helped me gain confidence in expressing myself in English, while also nurturing a more positive and mindful parenting style.
I can genuinely say that ISFH has helped both me and my husband become more open-minded, empathetic, and globally aware individuals — true global citizens ready to connect and grow with people from all walks of life.

When I reviewed my previous work simply two months ago, I suddenly realized I’m actually making progress, and... no longer stabbing in the dark!!! Oh my goodness, I really had great pride in that. Really want to say a big THANK YOU to Ms. Truda and the team, as the program gave me "just a whole different lens" of learning English.

I am always trying to learn English in different ways, for example, watching different youtubes, reading lot of books, etc. But it doesn't seem to help much. My English started to improve a lot after I joined Ms. Truda's program. Whenever i have problem, I can always post my problems in her Community and she always give me valuable advice promptly. She sparks my passion for learning !

Growing up in the traditional Hong Kong education system, I found Ms Truda’s program truly inspiring. She pinpointed the obstacles and reasons behind our difficulties in learning English. Her guidance was professional, and her advice was practical and down-to-earth. She also demonstrated deep understanding and insight into positive parenting. Overall, I gained a lot from this program.

Ms Truda is a REAL English native speaker, her ways of teaching us to learn Native English are so different from those we learned in schools. No cliché, no boring materials, no exam tricks, just the real deal. While hard work is still ESSENTIAL in the process, but with the REAL techniques will help us to close the gap and bring us to the next level.

This couse completely changed my mindset as a parent. Now I see myself as a coach and model to my child, that being said, I screen myself before putting the blame onto my child when accidents happen. Beside inspiring and exposing me to different accents in detail, I also found the most comfortable parenting style that fits me and my family!

Since joining ISFH, I feel I have grown significantly. I have become aware of my areas for improvement and I am committed to becoming a better version of myself. I am very grateful to Ms. Truda team! Her program provided me with a clear path and taught me many techniques to improve my English and also the positive parenting.

I’m so glad I joined this program! It’s been such a great experience — not only am I improving my English, but I’m also learning so many practical parenting skills at the same time. The program is invaluable and has gone beyond my expectations. The teachers are supportive, and the activities are fun and meaningful. This program is far more than a standard English course. It successfully bridges the gap between language acquisition and cultural immersion, not just basically grammar and pronounciation, also the way to present like an native english speaker.
The course design is highly motivating. It incorporates varied elements that encourage consistent practice and, importantly, builds in structured time points for review. And you will not get lost and fall behind much.
Highly recommend to those who eager to have a different learning experience!

Because of my son, I want to learn how to get along with the little human in a less tiring way. But I joined in here, I feel truly honoured to gained so much value knowledge for example how to get into learning again and English language culture.

Time really flies. Now that I’ve completed and graduated from this course, looking back at how it all started feels very meaningful.

When I was pregnant, I first came across Ms. Truda’s Instagram post. It caught my attention, but I didn’t feel convinced enough to join. Later, when I saw the advertisement again, I simply swiped past it. I had joined many similar courses before, and most of them ended up being a waste of money, so I was cautious and afraid of being disappointed again.

One day, the introduction class happened to fit my schedule, and I joined at the very last minute, just to see what it was like. What stayed with me was something Ms. Truda said — that one day, when I looked back, I would be very glad I had made this choice.

Now, I can truly say she was right.This course has been life-changing for me. My English has improved a lot, but beyond that, my parenting skills and my way of thinking have grown. I’ve developed a deeper understanding of different cultures, which has influenced how I communicate and how I raise my child.

Throughout the journey, Ms. Truda gave me so much encouragement and inspiration. Even after graduation, she reminded us that learning doesn’t stop — and that message stayed with me.

If you’re hesitating because you’ve been disappointed by other courses before, I understand completely. Looking back now, I’m truly grateful that I didn’t let doubt stop me.
