This is a fraudulent company who clearly take other companies photographs and then supply items that bear no resemblance to the advertised garment. The fabric is cheap poor quality and the items could not even be called an imitation. When you try to return the product they offer you a percentage of your money back. They are operating outside of UK Trading Standards and I would stay well clear of them.

Made what can only be described as a brain fart error when ordering from china’s answer to Delboy. I blame lockdown as it clearly affected my judgement. Ordered some scarves, as who doesn’t want to look good from the waist up on screen when working from home. The printed piece of cheap polyester rag they took over a month to send looked nothing like picture. It’ll cost more than the piece of tat is worth to return it to the market stall in China that it came from, just as well theres a shortage of toilet paper in the U.K. with stupid people buying (probably also buying from this site) as it’ll come in handy with having a loo roll shortage. I wouldn’t let a homeless dog sleep on it. Avoid this site like the plague (pardon the pun). If you feel like that might weaken and order from this site, have a lie down first with a sweet cup of tea and a hobnob until the feeling passes.

Took months to deliver with no communication. Ordered some boots and when they arrived one of the heels was glued on wonkily - completely unusable. Returns have to be sent to China at your own cost, and no apology was made for the fault or attempt to offer a refund. Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered some neck scarves for Xmas gifts, one in particular , a yellow cable knit is in fact printed cheap jersey fabric, it does not in the least resemble the item I ordered. I ordered others and they are equally as disappointing, cheap rubbish.
I won’t be ordering again.

Avoid this company. Order at your peril!!! I ordered a beautiful scarf and ended up with something that resembles an old curtain!! I have emailed them for an immediate refund. Wether I will recieve it has yet to be seen!! I'm not holding out much hope.

I don't recommend to purchase from this company. One order and received it in 3 separate deliveries. 7 weeks till the final delivery. Scarve came in a different colour. Wish I seen reviews before order,would save money.

Ordered a rose cotton blend ruffled skirt in august still not received

Ordered 2 skirts and a top. One skirt came with a blurred pattern and longer than measurements state. It was also big cotton blend like they advertised, it was nylon. Same with the top, I ordered a cotton blend long sleeve top, what arrived was a nylon top. One skirt was OK, it was cotton blend ect. Not happy with other 2 items at all, put in return request, it has been a week and no reply even though I followed instructions given to return. Don't waste your money!

Absolutely SHOCKING quality of product that looks NOTHING like the images. 1/2 of product arrived 7 weeks after order and was too embarrassed to give it as a present. The second item still hasn't arrived 9 weeks later. After multiple complaints - they still won't give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very poor quality nothing like the picture on the site. Do not get caught out.

If I could I would give them 0 atar. They took the money but I never received the items. Case went to PayPal. We will see if I will get my money back. They send to PayPal some tracking info which I believe are false. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid !

I ordered 4 scarves as gifts ( looks to be a knitted wooden rope design ) what arrived is huge and is just merely poorly very cheap looking printed scarf ....

Couldn’t even use it as a rag !

I ordered a scarf from them and I hadn’t heard anything I sent them an email asking how long and they just said it will be there, They gave me a Tracking number which I can’t get into. Don’t buy from this company, it’s a big scam. This company needs to be looked into as a lot of people are losing money which we can’t afford to do and if we do? Get what we ordered it is shoddy stuff.

Buy 3 get a 4th free is a complete lie. I ordered 4 of these when I honestly only really wanted 2 because it sounded like a good offer. One arrived after a month the others did not. When I chased it up they finally sent the other 2 but then told me that I will not be receiving my free one, I will not be receiving a refund and was not even offered an alternative option.
I found the same scarfs for cheaper on Amazon.
Avoid this China based difficult company with poor customer service.
And yes good point about the ratings! All reviews are 1 star and yet the “trust” pilot rating is 2.8?? We are Clearly being tricked here!

Absolutely appalling .... ordered some shoes - they arrived after weeks and weeks in a thin plastic bag and were so badly misshapen through lack of decent packaging from China that I can’t actually get them on my feet - I’ve been offered a 15% refund or can go through the dodgy procedure that is waiting for a returns label and paying to send them to China which sounds horrendous as well as unlikely.... and includes taxes and all sorts ... the email was quite threatening as well - more fool me ... I did check reviews which were clearly made up.The shoes that arrived bear little resemblance to those advertised and look like something a child might have cobbled together in a D&T class .... pun intended... shocking quality - this company should be reported for misrepresentation... plus a load of other dodgy practices...

Absolutely awful! Never received part of my order and they could not give me a despatch date for it even a month after placing the order! I did receive one item costing £2.55 though after 2 weeks which of course meant that they then said I could not have any of the postage cost refunded (£6.99!) when I asked to cancel the other part of the order, even though that isn’t how much it cost to post! I’m still waiting for my partial refund.

I placed an order on 27/09.
I did not receive any information on how the order would be shipped until I sent an email chasing them on delivery information. On Oct 3rd I received an email saying some of the items were on the way, no timeline given.
I have received the first part of my order today.
Clothing quality is extremely poor, mostly synthetic, not at all like the picture. I ordered a blue skirt and got a green one (still says blue on the label).
Big warning on their policy.
Cancellation : Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.
I am returning the order, and cancelling the rest...

I always look at the reviews before I commit to buy, however, the time I did not 😢 I was looking through the things I ordered and when I got to Isdey they said I hadn't ordered anything tried to ask why but no reply it looks like I'm leaning towards this being a scam so I am £19.20 out of pocket, it may not seem a lot but it is to me.

So far I'm pretty sure its a scam. So the website is very well set up and you'd think that its a UK based business. I bought some scarves and a hat. Paid through PayPal for safety and up until I raised a complaint through PayPal, the order remained unfulfilled. I raised a complaint through PayPal and the concern goes to someone in China. Weirdly the order was changed to fulfilled and I was given a tracking number and everything.

So the items come from China. Not a UK business as the website gives the impression. I mean whether it actually states there or not is a different story. Had I not raised a complaint through PayPal, how long it would have remained as unfulfilled, I'll never know.

I've been told that it can take about 15 days for delivery so I'll be more than happy to edit my review whenever they've arrived. But for now I wouldn't recommend them with a bargepole.

Update 13/10/2020 - Items arrived. Rating still stands.

So the cheap scarves have a "Miss Look" label on them. The return document is hilarious, you have to essentially pay for the return. There is no return label. So by the time you've returned the items to China, you'll have likely broken even. If you're looking for a bulky scarf as advertised in the picture.. don't bother. Unless you're 5. Also there are no instructions on how to actually do it. Whilst I'm sure it's not rocket science, if you're unfamiliar with this sort of scarf, you'll have a mission trying to do this ... the button is likely to ping off before you get it together. I bought a hat that was supposed to allow your ponytail. I don't think a fringe would fit out the top of that - other than that, I think it's a relatively sturdy hat. It has a C.C label on it so I doubt it was made by them either.

So to conclude.... AVOID.
