Beware, tha company sell fake cheap Chinese watches.I bought them an Omega watch and when I took it to service I was made aware it was fake and had water damage.

They sold me a fake Breitling Superocean watch. Upon informing them that the watch had been examined and determined to be fake by my local Breitling Boutique they then stopped answering my emails.
I bought a Tag Hueer Autavia for 3000 dollars from them which turned out to be a fake. First of all, after around 2 weeks the cheap strap started falling apart. And then after 2 months, the watch started making weird mechanical noises as if something was loose inside. Sent it to a Tag Heuer official branch and they told me some components of the watch are not made by Tag Heuer and that the watch is a fake. I emailed Ishida with a written letter from Tag Heuer saying the watch is a fake to which they do not reply. The watch did not come with the original tag heuer guarantee card which was a red flag from the beginning. Very disappointed looking into ways to take legal action against them.
There IS an ISHIDA watch company in Tokyo and it does have 4 stores. BUT..this is a fake website that has used the genuine stores' photos and sells fake watches which they pass off as genuine.
Do NOT be fooled by the glossy website. Once you find out it is a fake you won't hear from them again
I bought a watch in good faith from this company. They assured me it was authentic. However, when it broke down, and I took it to a jeweler, they informed me it was a fake. Now this company refuses to even answer my emails even though I reached out to them repeatedly. Do not buy a watch from them! I suspect even the reviews on their website are fake.
Please watch out for this company as they are selling fake watches. They will tell you their visa system is down and you will have to pay by bank draft in which case you will not have any insurance protection. As well there bank information will be out of Hong King. Always pay by visa for instance…
I purchased an IWC watch from Ishida watch company to be told by IWC that the watch is a counterfeit. It is not a genuine IWC watch
Be wary of buying from Ishida Watch. I purchased a discounted Glushutte Sixties 18K Rose Gold watch through their website under the condition that it be sent with original box and papers. The watch arrived with neither and instead included their standard packing materials and in-house certification. I complained to my customer service representative and was told there was a mix up at the warehouse and that the original Glashutte box and papers were lost. I had the watch examined by a Glashutte AD in Los Angeles where it was determined to be a stainless steel model, plated in rose gold. Basically, a faked gold watch. When I called this out to Ishida Watch, they did not acknowledge the fakery, but did provide a full refund upon return of the watch.
Update: Regarding the response below from Ishida Watch, I have several comments to add -
1) As it relates to the authenticity of the Glashutte watch that I purchased, the watch was indeed a Glashutte Sixties model as mentioned in my review and confirmed by a Glashutte AD in Beverly Hills. Unfortunately, it WAS NOT the solid 18k rose gold model (ref 1-39-52-01-01-04) promoted on their site and indicated on Ishida Watch’s in-house certification. Instead, it was the stainless steel model (ref 1-39-52-01-02-04) PLATED in rose gold. I know this because the back of the watch case would have been stamped with “750” confirming a solid gold makeup for the case. The case back of the watch shipped to me was stamped “ST.STEEL” which is typical for the stainless version of this watch. Again, all of the above insight was confirmed to me by a certified Glashutte AD.
2) As for the Ishida Watch policy to keep all original box and papers and ship only with and in their proprietary certification and box, they are obviously entitled to provide their products however they choose, however based on my experience, they are an outlier. I have purchased many luxury watches and when new, the seller ALWAYS provides the original material. This allows the buyer to register the watch for warranty and then service wherever he/she chooses. When I purchased the Glashutte Sixties from Ishida Watch, I made this a condition of my agreement. I was told this was possible, bought the watch and was told after that Ishida could not fulfill it’s obligation. I have supporting documentation for all of the above.

Bought a SevenFriday watch from Ishida…what arrived was not the correct model that was ordered. However, their customer service team did reply quickly and is remedying the situation at no cost to me.
