I purchased the S10max scooter from Isinwheel. It was delivered super quickly within a few days. The scooter is very well built and very fast. I have had no problems at all so I am very happy with my purchase and with Isinwheel.

The S9Max scooter gives solid value for money. It's durable with impressive acceleration, and the disc brakes stop smoothly. Battery life holds up okay, and it stays stable at higher sppeds - though folding and unfolding takes some muscle.

Bought the u4 as it had better quoted range. My first ebike and really enjoying it so far.

There is no customer service at all with this shambolic company. I placed an order 1 week ago after reading they arrange shipment after 24 hours of the order but I've still not been advised the order has been shipped. I've tried emailing and I've called 4 times today to be put in a queue to then be hung up on after about 5 minutes. I did receive 1 callback but again was hung up on when I said hello. I now starting to think I have been scammed but hoping to get my money back with the help of PayPal. Please dont waste your time with this company

I would like to give 0, false advertising regarding product and cost, and the attractive discounted products are conveniently out of stock mmmmmmBS, the deception does not give much confidence in customer care, shame really!!! Paid a few £ more and gone for iscooter.

I initially purchased the isinwheel® S10MAX SUV Electric Scooter, which was great for daily use, but after a couple of weeks I realized that because of my weight, I needed something with more power to handle the steeper terrain on my commute.

I reached out to the isinwheel support team about upgrading to the Landturbo Off-Road Electric Scooter, and they were understanding, patient, and professional throughout the entire process.

Even though it took a bit of back and forth, their communication was clear and respectful, and they made sure the exchange was handled smoothly. The courier pickup went perfectly, and my new scooter arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

I genuinely appreciate how they listened, took my situation seriously, and followed through exactly as promised. A very solution-focused team that turned a potential hassle into a great experience.

The Key thing if you get some problems is how they respond. The phone line is busy and i got nowhere there but only line kicks in really well and resolved everything for me So i can only recommend.
After initial teething problems and support kicked in the service was really good
I cant review the bike fully at moment but it looks really good and rides well and looks great value for money
I had quite a few concerns but shortly all will be resolved so i replaced the comment on my concerns 17oct on 29oct25

Reading all the reviews on Google maps when I already had ordered a scooter wasn't nice and wanted to cancel it but after they showed me that people are wrong.
I had great experience with them from customer service to scooter itself.
Had some questions about scooter (one of them was "how to unlock the higher speeds") and they answered all my questions.
And from my experience I can say that customer satisfaction is their priority.
I recommend this company.
And my advise would be - don't listen to all the people, try, and see yourself.
