KOOP HIER NIETS!

Waardeloze afhandeling en een grove schending van consumentenrechten.

Ik heb een e-bike besteld (ordernummer ISW1615EU), maar de toegezegde leverdatum werd niet gehaald en er was na dagen nog altijd geen track & trace verstrekt. Omdat ik op vakantie ga en het pakket niet in ontvangst kan nemen, heb ik de bestelling vóór levering formeel geannuleerd via het wettelijke herroepingsrecht.

In plaats van deze ontbinding netjes te bevestigen en door te geven aan Klarna, weigert de klantenservice de annulering simpelweg te verwerken. Ik heb inmiddels vier keer uitdrukkelijk geëist de koop te ontbinden. Telkens wordt dit genegeerd en reageren ze met ongevraagde kortingsvoorstellen (eerst een slot/helm, daarna 10% en vervolgens 15% korting) in een poging mij de aankoop op te dringen.

Dit is een bewuste vertragingstactiek die ingaat tegen de Europese regels voor koop op afstand. Het dossier is inmiddels geëscaleerd via Klarna Kopersbescherming en gemeld bij ACM ConsuWijzer.

Bespaar jezelf een hoop frustratie en bestel hier niets!
