Brilliant facemasks but disgraceful customer service.
Have now escalated to PayPal resolution centre as no response as to where my order is.
Tracking doesn't produce any results.

Great experience with these guys! They really seem to care about there customers.

Very comfortable compression sleeves, the compression last very long even when i exercise for hours, what amaze me i've got no pain after. I definitely recommend buying them.

The ordering process was not easy (it says you have to buy three but you actually have to buy four) but once this was resolved, it was fine. I like the colours and the fit. (I am a small adult and bought medium size.)

ordered 15 masks a few months ago. there must have been a mix up and we got two phone cases instead. contacted the company and got decent customer service. they shipped our masks and we received them and apparently got some free phone cases. masks are great quality, I have sensory issues and they are the only reusable masks that I've found I feel comfortable in

I have ordered from Isko vital before and really like their masks. However over two weeks ago I ordered masks and had to pay for DPD to deliver as their was no other option. I have still not received the masks and Isko Vital do not respond to emails or messages on their website. Unfortunately there is no contact number. I will neither recommend or use again.

Terrible customer service, ordered more than 2 weeks ago and we never received the masks, had to ask several times for updates and at the end, cancelled it because it would probably take 2 more weeks to arrive.

Cancelled my order claiming "the UK has closed all its borders therefor we cannot ship your order". The UK hasn't closed it's borders so this is patently false, but thanks for letting me know not to order from you again in future.

Purchased 5 of these, wore one for about an hour and when I took it off it had formed a puddle in the mask with exhaled mositure which then renders them less effective at filtering bacteria - wish i had just saved my money! Emailed them and basically got a reply stating that it doesn't matter if they are wet inside and to wear it looser - which is very difficult seeing as there is no way to tighten or loosen it!!

Have ordered 9 mask. Fast delivery and good quality of the mask. These are comfortable and looks good.

Have ordered face masks on two occasions from Iskovital and both experiences have been great. This is a European company, so standard delivery takes around 3-5 working days however this is a tracked service via Royal Mail. The facemasks are of excellent quality and are extremely comfortable and offer a great level of protection with their anti-microbial filter. Would purchase again!
