I don’t normally write reviews, but after having such a positive experience with ISK, I felt compelled to. I recently ordered a pair of Loro Piana loafers and a pair of Hermès Oran sandals. Honestly, I’m very impressed.

From the moment I placed the order, everything felt professional and smooth. Communication was clear, and I was kept updated from confirmation to dispatch. The delivery was surprisingly quick considering the nature of the products, with everything arriving perfectly packaged and in pristine condition. My order was shipped the same day and arrived the next day which was super convenient!

I absolutely love my Loro Piana loafers. You can always expect quality from LP, but I was especially impressed with how new and fresh they looked. The Hermès sandals were equally beautiful. I got the classic tan Orans and the condition of the leather was just perfect. I’ve purchased luxury items from various places before and have sometimes been let down, so this exceeded my expectations.

I trust ISK very much and it will definitely be my new go-to place to shop. You hear so much about fakes or poor service in the resale luxury world, but I found this experience was the complete opposite. Everything felt legitimate, honest, and premium. Bought Loro Piana loafers which are like gold dust to buy, so I should have known something was wrong.
Very good copies, but fake.
Tried to tell me they were factory seconds…. They are not, just copies.
If something is too good to be true, it generally is. Reported.
Would not issue refund so has to involve police and go through my bank.
If you like fakes and don’t mind final sale then these are your guys!

Please don’t buy from this company. The phone number on website doesn’t work. They have taken my money and I haven’t received a present that I spent £430 on. I’ve requested a refund they have said good are in way but won’t send me backing info. I have reported this to my credit card. Buyer beware !!

Ordered a fair quantity of Calvin Klein 3 Pack Boxers and was called by their team to confirm and clarify the order almost 20 minutes after - a nice touch I must say.

The order was received within 2 days, a day earlier than they had communicated which was a very nice surprise. No issues in terms of authenticity or quality, everything was up to standard.
