Our driver Jahongir was very good & friendly. The tour was excellent, had a lunch break by the lake where you can buy a food and afterwards carried to the last castle.

Excellent service.. friendly driver, prompt pick up, spotless and comfortable minivan that was more than enough room for 4 of us And luggage.

I booked a day tour in Khiva and a transfer from Khiva to Bukhara through Islambek Travel. Both the communication and the service were excellent, and I can highly recommend this agency. I would definitely travel with them again anytime. The owner, Murad, is very dedicated, responds very quickly, and handles even last-minute changes calmly and with a solution-oriented approach.

My guide Umida was an excellent source of information and local insights. She's truly an impressive woman and I was really lucky that she was available that day and could take over my tour.

I would also like to mention my driver Dilshod, who drove me very safely from Khiva to Bukhara and also introduced me to Uzbek music. Right now, I’m sitting in the hotel, drinking tea and exploring different artists 😊.

Professional offer, professional communication and professional service. Trip from Nukus to Moynaq and back to Khiva. Sanatbek is nice and patient. The 3 Kala are really beautiful and worth to been visited. However, the restaurant we had lunch is not good. The food is not tasty.
