Terrible - avoid!!!
Ordered on 24th June, still have not received my item. I have emailed enquiring where my order is, to which they replied with apologies due to high demand and reassured me 'it'll be sent and arrive in 3-5 days' and here I still am... still waiting. Emailed asking for a refund and they are no longer replying. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM....
Ordered a water bottle on 29th June and did not receive anything for a couple of weeks so e mailed them they responded by saying that the product was high demand so there would be a delay but would get my order dispatched with the next week, weeks went by and I still haven't received anything. I have sent several e mails asking for a refund but they are not responding to these e mails, I have now instructed my credit card company to investigate them.
