Last year we were looking for someone to completely redesign and rebuild our garden. We approached it with some anxiety — it was the largest home project we had ever undertaken, and we didn’t know anyone in the field. When we chose Isola, we put our trust in James and his team and in return they didn’t just meet our expectations, they consistently exceeded them.

It was a substantial project and inevitably very disruptive, yet over 12 weeks the landscaping team worked with remarkable professionalism. They were considerate, friendly, extremely hard-working and always proactive in keeping the process smooth and stress-free. Their “nothing is too much trouble” approach made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Through the design, build and construction stages, they project managed everything, from deliveries to suppliers, which allowed us to focus on the excitement (rather than stress) in the project as we saw the garden take shape.

From day one we valued Isola’s guidance, patience (we changed our minds a few times!) and transparency on cost. The after-care service has been equally impressive.

James and his team interpreted our brief perfectly. The whole experience, from the design process through to the build installation, was a positive one. We live in a character country cottage in a beautiful Warwickshire village, with roses round the front door and "chocolate box" looks. The gardens were very well established but would be unavoidably wrecked by the significant building works we had planned, so we commissioned Isola to produce a sympathetic design scheme for implementation following the departure of the builders.

Their designer visited us to walk around the property and discuss our likes and dislikes, hopes, wishes and quandaries. We provided him with the architect's extension plans so that he could see just how disruptive the building works would be.

A few weeks later Isola's MD, James, came round to go through their proposed design and planting scheme. He showed us pictorial representations of what the finished grounds would look like so it was very easy to quickly appreciate the results. James also explained the reasoning behind their innovative ideas and how the scheme would complement the new extension at the rear of the cottage.

We were absolutely delighted with the proposals and highly impressed by the sympathetic design which went far beyond our expectations in terms of both quality and suitability. James was also able to detail materials and costings for the scheme, so we had a complete picture of the whole project - just what we required!

Throughout the whole engagement Isola kept us informed, stuck to their timescales and produced professional, high-quality results. This was a very impressive service at a reasonable price and we look forward to Isola commencing the build works very shortly.
