Isolved is absolutely mind boggling horrible for time management. It is extremely difficult to do a simple time punch correction. I hate this software and which I could get rid of it.

Overall pretty good; comprehensive, easy to learn & use. Lately there have been a lot of weird little bugs that have been a bit frustrating.

They still haven’t sent an insurance…

They still haven’t sent an insurance reimbursement check after several weeks. One person said it was sent. Now, they’re saying I need to call who does our payroll; however, they don’t have anything to do with it. I keep getting the runaround. My customer experience has been awful. I will avoid using them in the future at all possible and strongly suggest to our organization to find another company to use.

First 90% of claims are denied

First 90% of claims are denied. The only things I don’t get denied for are Pharmacy and Dr visit. I had to provide proof of my hospitalization for a hospital bill even though the bill was clearly for a HOSPITAL! telehealth? Forget it I think they think all Telehealths are scams even with legitimate prescriptions written by doctors or nurse practitioners. they deny deny deny. It’s my money. I’m not getting cosmetic surgery with it. I wish my employer would change, but they must be cheap to work with because my employer is cheap hence this shi!!y company.
Customer service is abysmal; you send them an email, You’ll wait minimum 10 days for a response and then it’s not usually really related to what your issue was because clearly no one there can read.

No Cobra Coverage for Whole Month!

iSolve is the worst! They are my Cobra adminstrator and have failed 2 of 3 months for timely renewal of health coverage. One month, my daughter had a foot injury and the MRI and surgery were delayed due to coverage problems. This month my daughter cannot see her docs for follow up and appointments are being cancelled. I am paying for prescriptions out of pocket. It is 11-26 and still no coverage! HR managers, DO NOT USE iSolve.

Isolved customer service vis absolutely…

Isolved customer service vis absolutely horrible. I have had several issues with them processing payments in a timely manner, and then sending bills that the checks have cleared my bank way before the bill was issued. The last problem was the worst. My check cleared on Oct 30 for November coverage. When I went to the pharmacy on Nov 12, I was told I did not have valid coverage. I called isolved on Nov 13 and was told that they showed coverage until Nov. 30 so it was a problem with the insurance company. They assured me they would contact the company and call me back. On Nov 18, I called them back and was told they haven't heard anything from the insurance company yet and refused to call them while I was on the call. The advice I was given was to pay all my medical expenses out of pocket and get reimbursed later. Gave no indication on when this would be resolved. I called Cigna directly and was told I did not have coverage as no payment was received. The Cigna rep offered to call isolved directly while I was on the phone. After being on hold an hour, he was finally able to get through to isolved. Even then, the isolved agent refused to agree to call me back with an update and only said he would update my case number. Not sure why I am paying $988 per month for isolved to handle my Cobra coverage. If not for the great service at Cigna my case would still be pending at isolved.

Might Be The Worst HR Program On The Market

Within 1-2 months, this HR program has had numerous issues and bugs that are not fixed in a timely manner and quite frankly should never happen if these guys had an actual functioning program. Their onboarding forms to fill out are buggy and most recently you can't even send new hires their onboarding because of a nation-wide error. How are you supposed to hire people using this program? This program is completely inconsistent, unreliable and can't be trusted. If you want to have headaches and constant issues with an HR program, this is the perfect one for you.

Garbage program - look elsewhere

This product is absolute garbage and the company does nothing to fix any of their problems. They just expect the customer to find yet ANOTHER work around for their growing list of problems. This is the third time my company has sent out an email having to show us yet ANOTHER WAY to log our hours and that "there doesn't appear to be a time frame on resolving this issue". They are basically yet another company who likes to collect money and then sit back and do nothing to better their product. I would literally rather just fill out paper payroll sheets than use this company.

Review of Complete Payroll Solutions /…

Review of Complete Payroll Solutions / iSolved
Buyer Beware: Unresolved Payroll Issues and Poor Communication

We engaged Complete Payroll Solutions in 2013 on the assurance that they would resolve outstanding Massachusetts unemployment tax issues from a previous payroll company and ensure our account was managed properly moving forward. We were told our company would be "in good hands" after making the transition.

In May 2025, after a decade of working with them, we were notified by the Massachusetts unemployment office of an outstanding tax liability of over $106,000 dating back to the years 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. This was the first time we were made aware of this issue since working with the company.

My attempts to resolve this with iSolved (the new name for Complete Payroll Solutions) have been met with significant challenges. My initial email took two weeks to receive a response, and I was informed that the company would not assist in correcting the issues they were hired to prevent.

Despite numerous follow-up emails and phone calls, my requests for a call back from management went unanswered. I did not receive a single return call or substantive response.

Based on our experience, this company failed to perform the primary duties they were hired for and demonstrated a complete lack of customer support. I cannot recommend doing business with them.

This company is horrible I had my…

This company is horrible I had my insurance transferred and paid three+ weeks ago and it is still not active. I have called twice to get this resolved and each time they tell me it will be active in 5-10 business days which is not true. They then say you can pay out of pocket and they will refund you. Yeah okay pay thousands of dollars is not an option for people. This has lead me to reschedule my appointments multiple times when I need to see the doctor for an injury that may be getting worse without care. Asked to get it prioritized and they can’t give me a timeline. Also the manager you can’t even speak to they add you to a call list that can take 24-48hrs to get a call back. Horrible customer experience.

This is truly one of the most…

This is truly one of the most despicable organizations i have run into recently. I was forced to use this organization's services in order to provide business to another organization -- signing up with isolved was a condition to do the work.
Since signing up i must have received over 500 spam emails to my email address. Absolutely unbelievable. It goes on day and night. Junk, junk, junk, and more junk... Is this how they make their money? I fired off a complaint email to the prospective employer and blasted them for forcing me to use isolved. When i checked my isolved account again after about 10 days i found that my account no longer existed. But i am still getting blasted by spam emails all day long. Excercise caution...!!!

As an employee, they suck.

As an employee of a company that uses iSolved, please, don't ever use this company if you're considering it.

We have an FSA through them. It's a nightmare getting reimbursed for medical expenses. Their portal will say they reimbursed, but it doesn't show up in the paycheck. They'll reject reimbursement for unknown reasons, but not notify you that it was rejected.

The Customer Service Rep we go through never answers our questions. If you send an email asking two questions, they respond with a partial answer to one. It's maddening. There is no manual or rundown of benefits. No organization whatsoever. You get locked out of your account at the drop of a hat. Payroll used to deposit on a Monday, then over time it moved to a Tuesday, and now it happens on a Wednesday. (This slowly happened over a 3 year period).

If you are living paycheck to paycheck, this company is horrid.

Isolved is the absolute worst

I got a Health Savings Account through my workplace with isolved several years ago. They closed my account out without notifying me through email and claim they mailed me a check for the balance, a check that I never recieved. After spending countless hours on hold and waiting for call backs they will do absolutely nothing to reimburse me. They can see that the check was never cashed but will not mail me another one and it's been over a year. Anytime I've actually got through and talked to a person they leave me believing that steps will be taken to resolve this issue, then another week goes by with zero communication or emails from them. So much time has passed now that I know I will never recieve this money. Isolved stole $500 from me. This company is a complete scam with horrible customer service
