poor communication and follow through
Placed an order in late Nov. 2021 and not a single email from them about their intended shipping dates for my zone. Emailed them in Feb. 2022, and received an automated response saying they're shipping up until April 1st. Well, that's 1 week away, so where's my order? Willis Orchards, also in GA, shipped my orders last week...Will have to call you next week to follow up. So much room for competition when your communication is this bad.
