We ordered Armaflex insulation (to the Netherlands) in July, but realized last week one box was missing. I emailed about it and got a reply the next day (in English) that the missing box was indeed forgotten and would be sent soon. I received a track-and-trace the next day and it arrived by the end of the week.
Products themselves are good and price is good too. International shipping seems a bit steep, but that's all.
SCAMMERS, DONT ORDER HERE. please watch out!!! They ask 75 EURO!!! For delivery and while 24/7 at home, no-one came for delivery. We live on this same adres for years without any problem receiving packages. They didn't want to do anything about the case and DEMANDED 36 euro payment again for delivery.
They fail to take any responbility and instantly close the case withouth any support whatsoever! Don't spend any hard earned money here, be aware! They won't help you with anything
