Excellent product and even better service

My old watch broke and, after some searching online and tailoring what brand would be suitable for my tastes using ChatGPT (of all things), I found their Old Radium. The delivery was prompt and their customer service outstanding. José and the team were communicative and generous when I had a query about another watch strap and so I purposefully sought a way to leave them a review.

The watch is of very high quality and is exactly to my tastes; it even came with a handwritten quality assurance/thank you card which was a nice touch. I will be looking out for future releases by the Isotope team. If you’re on the fence about buying from them then I would recommend going for it - excellent product and service.
