Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Isparkle window cleaning!! They always carry out a thorough job, cleaning all windows and doors, including frames, to the highest standard. The text alert system the day before gives plenty of warning to when they’ll be turning up and payments being done online makes life so much easier, I never have any cash anymore!
With a fair and reasonable price, a great service and a friendly team, there’s no reason to use any other window cleaning company in the area!

I have never before had a window cleaner with such high standard of service - reliability, respect and excellent quality window cleaning and guttering . The cleaning guys always arrive and are consistently friendly and responsive to my requests even when it was pouring down and freezing outside!! They are true professionals I have now recommended ISPARKLE to all the neighbours and it has quite a following now local to where we are on the Wirral . I don’t recommend businesses lightly these days as I hold services to such a high standard but I would 100% recommend this window cleaning business . Thank you ISPARKLE

I parked my car on the drive and Isparkle window cleaners scratched my car. It’s two months old. I was parked a few feet from the garage and they have squeezed through reaching the windows above and scratched my car, why didn’t they ask me to move my car!!!! Not happy and now they are denying responsibility… my husband has a disability badge so I always have penalty of room round my car and I always check it before I get in. I’m very disappointed with their response as it’s scratched down to the metal.

We strongly dispute this claim.
I have offered to pass this to our insurers to investigate which you have so far chosen not to follow.
You have not been able to provide any evidence that our team caused this damage, despite us asking for it. Not only did you not see this happen, there were no witnesses, and despite us requesting it no doorbell or CCTV footage has been provided despite it occurring in a residential area with multiple houses.
Our cleaner James did not see this damage happen. We do not think we caused it, and we do not see how we could have caused it. You speculated that our hose connectors caused the damage, but these are specialist connectors which are small and plastic, designed so they could not cause a deep gouge in paintwork.
If we cause damage, we put it right. If we think it is reasonably likely we caused damage, we put it right. But we do not think we caused this, AND we do not see how we could have caused it. So we have offered to pass this on to our insurers. I think that is a very fair and reasonable way to resolve these issues.
You have not taken that route. Instead, you have chosen to post this negative review online.
That is unfair.
The offer remains open for you to contact us so we can refer this to our insurers. That is precisely what they are there for.

In January 2025 I was deliberately run down by a car driver and my injuries make it very difficult if not impossible to do the many things we take for granted in life including the dreaded house cleaning.
isparkle were appointed by the company handling my injuries claim and I have to say that my house has never looked cleaner.
The ladies assigned to clear up the mess are Ewelina, Sophie and Rihanna. All of them are very professional and extremely polite going about their task.
Such is their attitude to life and their careers that I have no hesitation in letting them just get on as they wish and never ever consider checking them.
I'm a bit careless and on occasions have left money lying around safe in the knowledge that all the ladies are as honest as the day is long!
I cannot even persuade them to even stop to have a quick coffee break during the three hours they are with me...
To me that speaks volumes.
I would recommend isparkle and its wonderful ladies to anyone...
Everyone beware they rip you off..
I work nights and was in bed and the operative literally put the brush on the window moved it a few inches and then moved on..2 seconds maximum..
When i complaii got fobbed off with we use specialist equipment..
Nothing cleans a window in 3 seconds..
If you're not in check with your neighbour exactly how long they are at your property..
Cancelled straight away..
Abhorrent way to do business..
Don't let them rip you off..
Shameful business practices..

Hello David,
I’m sorry you feel this way, but I strongly disagree with the claim that we “rip people off” or that you were “fobbed off”.
You had been a happy customer of ours for around 5 years, so it was disappointing to receive this response. When you complained, we offered to come back and reclean the windows, and we also gave you a full refund. So after 5 years of being a happy paying customer you flip to calling us ‘abhorrent’.. Its a bit much!
What I explained was that some small windows can be cleaned very quickly with the equipment we use. It depends how dirty they are. If there is bird mess or heavier dirt, even a small window can take a minute or two. If it is just light dust, it can be much quicker.
We want to spend as long as it takes to do the job properly, not a set amount of time for the sake of it. That said, if a window has not cleaned properly or the result is not good, we will always come back and sort it, because you are paying for a service and have every right to expect it to be done right.
Calling a small business “abhorrent” after we gave a reasonable explanation, offered to come back and reclean, and refunded you in full is very unfair and excessive. We accept that customers have every right to complain if they are unhappy with a clean, but we do not accept being accused of ripping people off when we have tried to resolve the issue properly.
I also notice from your review history that you have so far left 7 x 1-star reviews for local businesses, including one "Ripped off.." for a pub because there was too much ice in an orange juice. Another one for the bike shop, "liers!!", when your bike wasn't ready on time, and then BT the "Con artists" who put your bill up by £5... That is of course your choice, but it does give some context to the strength of your reaction here. From the tone of your review, you seem very angry, but I do not think your version of events is fair or balanced.

iSparkle Window Cleaning
I had my gutters cleaned out recently by isparkle Chester. They did an excellent job and even cleared out the downpipe which was heavily clogged with debris. I’ve used them for the past few years now and always find them to be reliable and friendly. Highly recommend !
