Still working perfectly

Easy install under my sink and ran the ice maker line to the fridge. Removed all taste from the water and no more white flakes in the ice cubes!

Great Customer Service

We purchased an I Springs water system and it worked like a charm for about 14 months. The, it broke down. I reported this to their customer service email and informed Laurence of the problem. He immediately got back to me and told me they would replace it with a whole new system. Then, the system arrived less than a week later and has worked smoothly ever since. This is a company that really cares.

Excellent Customer Service

I placed an online order for replacement filters for my RCC7 system, but I did not receive the final-stage membrane filter. I contacted iSpring Water Systems and explained that my system was 4 years old, but from limited use (2 persons), I had waited to replace the filters, which should have been replaced after 2 years with normal use. Sean offered to send me an RO final stage membrane at no charge if I forwarded a copy of my receipt. I did this, and Sean was true to his word and sent me a final-stage membrane filter at no charge by courier. Thank you, Sean, for your amazing customer service! After 4 years, I am very happy with my RO system, and I will continue to promote your product by word of mouth to anyone looking for a high-quality system at an affordable price.

I bought the iSpring RCD100HCG which is a great and convenient counter top RO water filter/dispenser system!

I bought the iSpring RCD100HCG which is a counter top RO filter machine. It's really much more than just an RO filter. It has on demand hot and cold RO filtered water dispensing at 50 degrees F for cold and up to 210 degrees F for tea and hot drinks. The hot water is pretty much instant and the cold is ready after you turn on the cold water function initially, which takes about 20 minutes, then it will continue to keep the 0.5 liter cold water tank cold daily until the unit is powered off/unplugged or a power outage. then you just push the cool button once again to restart it. It uses thermoelectric cooling which uses only 65 watts when it runs, so it's efficient.
The manual is thorough and iSpring is quick to help by email or phone calls etc.
This unit is very impressive and the two filters last a long time compared to most other competitors so the over all cost of operation is reasonable. I calculate the filter cost if I buy the three pack (full two year supply) from Costco where I bought the unit is 6.25/month plus tax! Much less expensive than the 5 stage pitcher filters I was using before!
The initial setup of this countertop RO system takes about an hour as there is lots of flushing going on internally and dumping waste water and refilling the reservoir 3 or 4 times, however you only do this once. iSpring upgraded my unit to a three year warranty after registering it too! Highly recommended!

I'm blown away by the customer support…

I'm blown away by the customer support at iSpring. Shout out to Jonathan for his expert assessment and professional solutions for my water situation. I recently installed their big spin-down sediment filter (WSP100ARJ-BP). The automatic backwash feature is great, but my local code specifies an air gap for drainage. The unit blasts a lot of volume for the backwash, and my drain pipes were struggling to keep up. After reaching out by email, Jonathan replied with specific, comprehensive answers to my questions. It was clear he was not just copying and pasting out of a canned answer bank. He is truly a knowledgeable expert in the field. As far as the product goes - again, nothing but impressed here. Quality through and through. I will definitely be buying future water products from iSpring.

I recently purchased the iSpring RO…

I recently purchased the iSpring RO system and had a great overall experience. The water quality is excellent — very clean, fresh, and a big improvement over regular tap water.

What really stood out was the support from Julius. He helped me with the warranty registration and explained everything about the product in a very clear and professional way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The system itself works perfectly, and with the kind of support I received, I feel confident about my purchase.

Highly recommend both the iSpring RO system and the great customer service, especially Julius!

I was gifted a 3 filter system

I was gifted a 3 filter system for our RV. recently used and for the first time and installation was abreeze and system worked good. I had a question about the filters following a usage as we are part timers. Emailed customer service and Laurence responded quick with good info. I would highly recomment this company

The delivery went fine

The delivery went fine . However , the water tastes horrible . It seems to improve if i leave it in a jug for a while.
I can’t drink it directly from the tap.
I hope it will improve. Also the sound of the tank filling is very annoying …

Since your system is newly installed, it is quite common to notice a temporary taste as the filters are flushed and conditioned during the initial break-in period. We recommend allowing the system to fully fill and drain the tank 2–3 times, as this usually helps improve the taste significantly.
Some sound is also normal while the tank is filling.

iSpring Water Systems Customer Service is what stands out from this brand

I purchased the iSpring RCC7AK, 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System, pH+ Remineralization RO Water Filter System Under Sink. It was properly installed and prefilters flushed before using by a licensed plumber. I had carbon fine debris in the drinking water and contacted customer service. Francis from customer service was very responsive and had me try two trouble shooting steps to identify the problem. Once the post carbon filter FT15US was identified as the problem Francis sent me a replacement. iSpring customer service is what stands out from this brand along with its Reverse Osmosis System that provides quality and safe drinking water.

Very good system. Three years extended warranty registration with Julius

Just installed the Ispring RCD100HCG system. Lots of helpful information available online and from the manual. No problem at all to prime the system before use. I will monitor the lifetime of the filter and RO membrane to see if they live up to expectation.

Just completed the 3 years extended warranty with their technical support- Julius. Very efficient.

Good system so far.

As of 4/08/26 (installed by my licensed Plumber/PEX'd. Purchased on 3/31/26 ) I purchased the WGB21B-DS whole house filtration system due to the inordinate amount of "scale" from the Ogalala Aquifer. I have yet to discover the efficacy of this system to reduce "scale". After much research/reviews, this is why I opted for an iSpring product. I will return after a year of usage to give a full review. As far as CSR & Tech Support, ALL were absolutely stellar.
