This is my second ispring reverse osmosis after 7 years!

This is my second reverse osmosis system under the sink that I purchased from ISpring. First lasted almost 7 years without any hiccups.
I’ve also got an extended warranty as a piece of mind. Laurence Was supper helpful registering the warranty.
Primary choice of selecting this company is that they are headquartered in US it was a great decision 7 years ago and an important decision to buy it again.

No return phone call from messages I…

No return phone call from messages I left but today I guess most companies only have digital contact.
That said, Julius did a great job corresponding with me via email.
Only issue with the GA3 is perhaps a better way to tighten the fixture t the countertop; currently easily loosens and requires more tightening. Perhaps a better gasket and/or plastic collar.

great filter

The quality of the product, ease of installation and performance of the uv filter all contributed to my rating. The filter eliminated all eColi and coliform from our drinking water.

I've reached out multiple times to be greeted the utmost respect and consideration as they help me through questions that arise. Specifically, Francis stood out as a support agent that knows and understands the many movings parts of the company that is able to help resolve anything that comes up. I enjoy iSpring products and would gladly share my experience with friends and family, but knowing that iSpring products are backed by incredible technical support is a bonus that makes all the difference. Earned my loyalty

I was experiencing clogging in my spin down filter. Julius helped me track down the issue with filter size and sent me a replacement filter at no cost. I'm a loyal ispring customer and use their products for all my home water filtering.

You Are in Good Company With iSpring

You can never be too old to learn that you need to read all of the " FAQ's"! I did not. Which created a nightmare for me. After researching RO systems and upon the advice of a nice neighbor, & the zest of getting a good sale on Amazon, I bought the iSpring RCC7. Which is rated for municipal city water supply. I'm on a water well, salt water softener & iron filter.. My PSI coming in the house was not enough to run the fridge ice maker or dispenser. Thankfully John with customer service came to my rescue!! Amazingly fast customer service! The fix was to add on a booster pump. John packaged me up with every thing I needed & overnighted to me. Trying to find the right person to install was the the last nightmare but what great ending. It all works! Best cup of coffee you could ever drink! Thank you John and iSpring for helping a widow who is not knowledgeable in the plumbing part. I know I'm in good hands with ISpring! Bravo

iSpring provides outstanding after sale support

I ran into a problem with my iSpring whole house spin down filter during servicing of the unit, my fault. I contacted their phone support and John patiently explained the proper way to remove and clean the filter. I needed to replace the auto flushing module which I damaged. Within a day of my call a replacement part was being shipped.
I received a followup email from Francis encouraging me to contact him if I had any further questions when the part arrives and is installed.
This is the second time I've been helped by Francis. I had my unit about nine months, having purchased it with a 100 micron cartridge It was working very well, but I wondered if I should switch to a 50 micron cartridge to provide even better protection of my downstream water system. He said that was a good idea, provided the part number and suggested I purchase it from Home Depot to save some money.
Overall I am very pleased with the performance of the WSPARJ-BP spin down filter. The tap water is dramatically cleaner than it was before it was installed. There are no more stains on our porcelain appliances.
I am particularly pleased to know that should I need support in the future I can count on their help, not true of so many other companies anymore.

Great customer service

We purchased the DI water filtration system (RCC1DP) and the system eventually stopped producing wastewater, but with the of Julius at iSpring he was able to get us the replacement parts needed in a timely manner. Now the system is performing like new. Huge thanks to Julius and the team at iSpring.

Super excited for my new water…

Super excited for my new water filtration. Love the look, and feeling confident about getting g clean water. Only issue I had was the set up. Was a little confused while installing it because the CU-A4 came with some parts that I assumed are for the Reverse Osmosis, which I did not get. Other than that, everything smooth so far.

Jonathan has been pretty helpful too with getting my extended warranty.

Quick and Reliable Customer Service!

I had a leaking issue with the original faucet that came with my RO system, which was frustrating at first. I contacted customer service via email and received a response the very next day.

Julius was the one who helped me—he was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. He arranged a replacement faucet for me right away.

The new faucet arrived in just 2 days, and it actually looks even better than the original one. Love it!

Really appreciate the fast and reliable support.

Great system, great customer service

I got the RO under sink (RCC7AK-UV), whole house UV (UVF55FS), and whole house filtration system (F2WGB21B).

Easy to install. Water tastes fantastic. And excellent customer service from Laurence when we needed help! Communication was clear and friendly. Appreciate your help, Laurence!

Had some sort of issue with tank not filling and drain constantly draining. Emailed into the company. Got an excellent response time from Julius with very detailed information on possible issues and/or fixes. Also parts were sent to me to help with the issue. Excellent product too. iSpring reverse osmosis system

I purchased iSpring's 7-stage reverse osmosis system almost three years ago, at the time their model RCC7P-AK. Our well water had issues of hardness, sediment, and taste. A sediment filter and water softener were a must, but the taste was still not good. Now we have very good drinking water. I have been very happy with the quality and performance of the system itself. In addition, the support has been equally good. I was confused at one point during the installation under my kitchen sink. I phoned the company, a knowledgeable, helpful person answered right away, and I was able to easily complete the installation right then. Recently I had another question. An email to iSpring was answered promptly by Francis. He was very helpful and solved my (minor) issue. iSpring has great products and great people. I recommend them without hesitation.
